[9.0] "The show was really excellent. I thought all the matches were good but the show is not 10/10 because though the matches were good some disappointed. I thought the first five tag matches were all between good to great. My favorite among them was the six man tag between Chris Sabin, Jeff Cobb, and Flip Gordon vs CHAOS. I think the worst match on the show was KUSHIDA/Tanahashi vs Gedo/White. I just don't remember much of it. I thought Jay White was good after the match. The main matches were all good. Cody vs Juice was fourth best match of them. It was a surprise because it wasn't too great to start and these two usually don't have good matches but it ended up being a pretty good match. I thought the main event was third best. I don't know how to go about the Golden Lovers tag team matches because they're always good but never up to the standard I expect them to be. It was really excellent though. Will Ospreay vs Marty Scurll was the second best match. I've never seen a bad match between these two. It wasn't the best of theirs but one of them. Ospreay was great, Scurll was even better. I thought the best match was the Young Bucks vs GOD. It was an excellent tag team match that told a great story of GOD dominating and the Bucks working to climb back up and win."

[9.0] "Great show. Scurll/Ospreay ****3/4 Im pretty sure these two can? t have a bad match and they kept it going here. GOD/Bucks **** great last few minutes and probably the best GOD match I? ve seen. Cody/Juice ***3/4 good match the flash finish was pretty cool. Golden Lovers/Ishii & Okada ***** 4 of the best in the world kinda hard to not have an incredible match the last 5-10 min were awesome"

[8.0] "A great list of top matches - Golden Lovers vs Okada & Ishii and Scurll vs Ospreay were excellent as expected, and GoD vs Bucks told a good story in the Firing Squad-Elite split of Bullet Club. The Cody vs Robinson match was enjoyable in itself, but the result was a bit of a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation - as reigning NWA Champ, Cody didn't necessarily need the win, but it would have been hard to justify him losing clean, yet at the same time having him win the belt pretty much kills any momentum Juice had going. A typically solid NJPW undercard of tag matches round out another strong US effort for the company."

[8.0] "3K vs. Liger-gun (**1/2) - BC vs. SCU (***) - ROH vs. Chaos (**3/4) - Killer Economic Socialism vs. LIJ (**1/2) - Tana-gun vs. Triple H (**3/4) - Scurll vs. Ospreay (****1/4) - Bucks vs. GOD (***3/4) - Juice vs. Cody (***1/2) - 90's AJPW Main Event Tag (****1/2) This did no wrong, every match delivered as expected and there was some really good stuff thrown in here and there. From top to bottom, great event, I'm excited to watch KoPW now."

[8.0] "The most consistent US card NJPW have presented so far and the one that has best reflected the true spirit of the company. As a whole this was superb. The proliferation of tag matches early on may bother some but that is just quintessential new japan and all of them featured some solid work, they serve as nibbles before the real meal starts. The final four matches were all superb and offered something different."

[9.0] "good undercard with an amazing second half. RPG3k/Sekigun was a fun opener ***. SCU/BC was another fun match ***1/4. 6 man was another good fun match ***1/4. LIJ/Suzuki-Gun was really good ***1/2. Tanahashi+KUSHIDA/White+Gedo was good ***1/4. Ospreay/Scurll was incredible. Amazing action with a hot crowd ****1/2. Bucks/GOD was great and easily one of GODs best matches. Bucks sold amazing and made them look so good. Great stuff ****1/4. Cody/Juice was another great match. Really fun dynamic and a nice ending ****. Golden Lovers/Okada+Ishii was every bit as awesome as hoped. Epic match with them going all out to deliver something special. Omega/Okada interaction was amazing and then Ishii/Ibushi killed each other. Amazing main event ****1/2. Fanatstic show"

[5.0] "It was an roh show with crowds who actually cared. ACH was great in his appearance as he always is, the jr tag match was actually good and the main was great. They should do more big time tag matches because the normal tag division is awful. Not worth the full watch"

[9.0] "Very fun show. Undercard wasn? t great but the last 4 matches were awesome Ospreay and Scurll had a great bout throughout w/ a hot start great spots and reversals ****. 5. GOD and the Bucks were very underrated they stole the show till the main event imo some crazy near falls ****. 5. Cody vs Juice was alright ***. Solid heel work by Cody to help get the fans behind Juice. Main event was an awesome one ****. 5. Great announcement in the promo at the end."

[10.0] "This event was better than it had any rights to be, with an unoriginal, yet super fun and solid undercard, and then no less than 3 great matches at the end of the card, with only one slight (but previsible) disappointment along the road. Still, there was absolutely no bad matches tonigh, and the crowd was hot all night long ! Opener : ***1/2. Addiction vs Chase & Hangman : ***1/4. Sabin, Cobb & Flip vs CHAOS : ***1/2. Suzuki-Gun vs LIJ **3/4 (weakest of the night). Gedo & White vs Tana & KUSHIDA : ***. Scurll vs Ospreay : absolutely tremendous match and second best match of the night : ****1/2. G. O. D vs the Bucks, best GOD match since 2016 : ****. Cody vs Juice, disappointment of the night : ***1/4. Golden Lovers vs Ishii & Okada, insane tag match, non-stop brutal action with a big fight feel, reminiscent of the AJPW 90's All-Stars tag matches : ****3/4. All in all, this was just a very enjoyable, fun show with tons of good to great wrestling to go through"

[6.0] "It'd be great if New Japan could make their western cards more like their Japanese cards. Maybe throw in a few RoH guys but something about their shows in America so far just hasn't worked for me. Only the main event was great, the rest was between okay and "good enough"."

[6.0] "The undercard was totally unremarkable, with none of the matches worth watching. Even the tag match with Tanahashi wasn't particularly good, but that match was about getting the storyline over than having a quality match, and it succeeded in that regard. Marty Scurll and Will Ospreay had a great match, with lots of great spots, although the finish was a little flat. The Young Bucks worked their asses off and managed to drag a decent match out of Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa, which is a heck of a feat. Juice Robinson and Cody had a fairly decent match, almost good, but Cody's Americanised style looks completely out of place on a New Japan show. And the main event was fantastic, but we all knew it would be, so that shouldn't be a surprise. A fine show, almost good, but way below the level of the G1 Special back in July."
