[7.0] "Banger of a show. Not a single bad match on the card. Seeing the talent on the show and knowing where they'd end up is such a satisfying watch. We get a fun outing for Jushin Thunder Liger to open the show. Two of the best tag teams of ROH in SCU and The Briscoes going at in a showcase of just how good they are. Punishment Martinez and Chris Sabin have a quick all killer no filler match. The all star ten man tag delivered in an indyrific spotfest. The main event is absolutely amazing with Jay Lethal in his iconic ROH title reign facing off against a newly more edgy Will Ospreay. I guess the lulls are the women's title match and the clunky table match but both brought quality to the table. Great show"
[7.0] "It's always nice to see Liger, King vs Liger was an okay, but also uninspired, start to the main show. Briscoes vs Addiction next is skilled work, where the result however never seemed in doubt. Sakai vs Tenille is good as well. The match is not spectacular either, though considering that Tenille worked the match significantly injured (she got shoulder surgery after) and with a disease, this was very impressive. Next unfortunately we have with Martinez vs Sabin and the Tables Elimination Tag matches that I found boring. As expected the highlight of the evening is Lethal vs Ospreay, a worthy main event."
[5.0] "Da draußen gibt es immer noch Leute, die denken, dass so ein Liger-Match als Showcase zieht. Mich lässt das irre kalt und auch Kenny King lockt eigentlich niemanden mehr hervor. Das respektlose Finish ist da auch nur Makulatur. Die Story um die Tag Team Titles war ja noch okay, aber im Match zeigt sich dann deutlich, dass so ein Brawl mit Heel-Dominanz gar nicht so ansehnlich ist, wenn man Comebacks & Co verpatzt. Die Damen können leider von sich reden machen und Tenille sieht auch einfach nicht fit aus. Das Vorprogramm zum Cobb-Aufbau machen Sabin und Martinez, aber das eher auf typischem ROH-TV-Niveau. (**¼) Die Story um Bully Ray war ja schon anstrengend und das trägt sich auch ordentlich ins Match, nur dass es hier sich ganz gut in die Action einfügt und sogar recht passend erzählt wird. (**¾) Starke Besetzung im Ten Man Tag-Match. The Elite vermisst nur Omega und bei CHAOS ist sogar Okada dabei. Viel Action, aber wenig Substanz. Popcorn-Wrestling. (***) Da muss mehr drin seinen bei einem größeren ROH-Event. Das Main Event liefert dann aber wirklich ab. Ospreay wird seriös und holt Big-Match-Will heraus. (****) Bringt wirklich Spaß und auch das Aftermath geht in die absolut richtige Richtung. Insgesamt aber ein trauriger Event, der deutlich unterstreicht, wie schlecht es um ROH steht. Drei Monate nach dem letzten großen Event stellt man hier einen Event auf die Beine, der mit knapp oder langweilig aufgebauten Matches gestaltet ist. Am Ende stehen die großen New Japan-Namen Okada, Ishii, Elite und Ospreay die dann die Tickets verkaufen sollen. Das ist ein beachtlich schwach und wird ROH auf lange Sicht das Standing innerhalb der US-Indys kosten. Leider zu Recht."
[7.0] "Especially noteworthy is the Lethal-Ospreay main event, which, while not having much of a story going in, was a very strong World Title match and showcased Ospreay's ongoing progress from spot-machine to well-rounded wrestler. Elsewhere, the ten-man tag match was a lot of fun, the opener was a fine match in itself and a good continuation of SCU's increasingly-dire need of a title win by year's end, and Bully Ray's heel character made the tables match stand out. I did think that Tenille really should have taken the Women's Title, and wonder if that was the original plan if not for her injury. Overall a pretty solid event, if not one of ROH's best of the year."
[6.0] "Die zweite Hälfte rettet der ersten Hälft der Show in meinen Augen ganz gehörig den Arsch. Hab die Show in zwei Teilen gesehen mit einem Tag Pause dazwischen. ROH versagt im Opener, den das King vs. Liger Match war so eiskalt, so nichtssagend, einfach so alles, was ein Opener eines PPVs nicht sein sollte. Fand das Match extrem enttäuschend und langweilig (*3/4). Addiction vs. Briscoes - ich versteh nicht, wer da warum Babyface und Heel sein soll. Tut mir Leid, das kam für mich als Gelegenheitsgucker echt nicht rüber. Moves und Brawling. Manchmal Brawling und Spots. Gefühlt schon 100 Mal gesehen das alles (**1/2). Warum Sakai nicht endlich diesen unverdienten Titel verliert ist mir erst Schleierhaft, aber dann fällt mir ein, dass da ja bei Tennile noch eine OP ansteht. Match für mich überraschend gut und Sakai sah das erste Mal seit 15 Jahren nicht komplett lächerlich aus (**1/4). Lowlight der Show für mich dann das TV Title Match, völlig random und nicht schön anzuschauen, was schade ist, denn Martinez ist ja dann bald bei NXT und ich hoffe, dass er da wieder besser ist als in diesem Match (*1/4). Cobb rettet den Lütten was das Publikum zur ersten richtigen und lauten Reaktion verleitet an diesem Abend. Zweite Hälfte dann hat ziemlich gerult. Das Tables Match war gut und hatte eine sehr gute Story fand ich. Bully Ray DER Heel, der aus Young ein Face machen wird (tippe auf ein Match bei Final Battle) und die Sache mit Riccaboni fand ich ebenfalls echt gut gemacht (***). Bullet Club vs. CHAOS war so ein wenig wie ein NJPW House Show Match, in dem nichts wichtiges passierte, aber die Action war da und laut und die Fans feiern und es hat richtig viel Spaß gemacht beim Zusehen (***1/2). Ich bin kein Fan von Lethal und meist langweilt er mich - hier im Main Event war das alles andere als Langweilig. Ospreay mit einer anderen Art von Match als üblich. Weniger cool sein sondern mehr auffe Omme und gewinnen wollen. Super Story, geiles Match, klasse kommentiert (****)"
[7.0] "Fun show with some ups and downs. The opening King vs Liger match was good and Liger shows at 50 something years old he's still a big attraction. The Briscoes against the Addiction was fine but it's not anything we haven't seen before. I kind of feel like the tag division is pretty weak at this time. Still a great performance (as always) by Fallen Angel. The womans title match was great with some amazing near falls. I really thought it was Dashwood who would get the title but seeing how she now is out with injuries it makes sense that the champ retained. The TV Title match was kind of meh for me. I love the Martinez character and he pretty much dominated Sabin. The tables match was also hugely disappointing to me. Almost a throw back to the WCW booking with a stupid ending. Although Flip looked like a million bucks and should be a future TV if not World champ sometime in the future I would think. The Chaos vs Bullet Club match was basically a spotfest but a fun one. Everyone got in a couple of things and it was your typical chaotic 10 man. If anything that match makes me want to see a singles between Hangman Page and Ishii! The World Title match rightfully stole the show and was one of the best matches of the year IMO. Osprey is amazing and Jay is no slouch. Great back and forth and I legit thought Osprey had the title won a couple of times. All in all a fun show. Side note, I think I saw more ref bumps in this one show than I have all year in RoH lol. Hopefully it's not a trend"
[8.0] "Der Opener ist anständig. Es ist kein überragendes Match aber die Heel und Facedynamik sind hier wirklich gut sowie das Selling von Liger und das Finish ist dann auch wirklich passend, da schon drauf hingedeutet wurde. Das Tag Title Match ist gewohnte Nonstop Action von beiden. Vielleicht ohne die ganz große Story aber auch hier ist die Heel/Facedynamik gut. Ich finde vor Allem SCU als Faces sehr interessant weil sie hier schon die fourth wall sehr durchbrechen, wenn zum Beispiel die Zuschauer ihre Schmähung der Stadt vervollständigen. Tenille Dashwood zieht Sumi Sakai trotz ein paar Unsicherheiten letzterer zu ihrem besten Match bislang mit tollem Selling der Schulter und guten technischen Manövern. Das ROH Television Match ist für mich somit die einzige Enttäuschung des Abends. Das was sie zeigen, ist für 8 Minuten sicher nicht schlecht aber es ist mir halt zu kurz. Der Moment mit Cobb ist allerdings cool. Das Tables Elimination Match war besser als erwartet. Natürlich nicht zwingend wrestlerisch aber die Story, die erzählt wurde mit Riccaboni und dem Comeback von Flip und dann auch dem sehr heeligen und dadurch passenden Finish war echt nicht schlecht. Das Ten Man Tag ist das was man erwartet hat: Wildes Spotfest, in dem jeder mal seine Chance bekommt zu glänzen. Das ME ist dann eines der besten ROH Matches der letzten Zeit. Während es zu Beginn vor Allem Technik zeigt wird es immer intensiver und emotionaler mit Ospreay als entschlossenem Herausforderer, der nicht zum Titel greift aber trotzdem die zweite Situation dieser Art zu seinem Vorteil zu nutzen versucht, woran man auch eine Charakterentwicklung im Match sieht. Spannung und Konter am Ende, bevor dann doch Lethal gewinnt, der anschließend von the Kingdom inklusive neu frisiertem Taven mit einem "echten" Championship Gürtel attackiert wird. Auf die Story bin ich gespannt. Insgesamt 8 Punkte für einen PPV mit zwei richtig guten Matches zum Schluss, vielem was anständig war und ohne wirkliche Enttä"
[7.0] "Tyische Ring of Honor Show. Viele Matches die einfach nur okay sind. Dann ein absoluter Tiefpunkt mit Bully Ray, der an Langeweile auch nicht mehr zu überbieten ist und dann lässt man endlich die NJPW Wrestler raus und die Show wird tatsächlich gut. Ospreay ist dieses Jahr auf einen komplett anderen Level und übertrifft eigentlich jeden aus dem RoH Roster bei weitem."
