[7.0] "This was a significant show in terms of story progression, particularly regarding the Age of the Fall, whose story ran through pretty much the entire event. This was pretty different structurally from what ROH usually does, and I think it helped the show to flow (although they perhaps had one segment more than they needed to as it did feel like they may have gone back to the well one too many times by the end). The midcard matches largely existed to set up future angles, and on that front it was successful, but it did also mean that a lot of the midcard matches felt a bit mediocre as they were more designed to put pieces in to place for the post-match segments than to be strong matches in their own right. Still, with the exception of the women's match, everything was at least solid, with the rematch between the Briscoes and MCMG really being worth checking out. Overall I'd consider this to be a good show, but how much you enjoy it in its entirety is likely to depend on how invested you are in Jimmy Jacobs and his history with Lacey. If that doesn't mean much to you and you really can't be bothered spending 3 hours on an old wrestling event, then you may want to just watch Briscoes-MCMG II and call it a day, but I think most ROH completionists will enjoy watching this in its entirety."
