Flash Funk and Leif had the best match...yep...it was actually good from a in ring perspective but it's ruined by the crap gimmicks they gave poor Scorpio and Al Snow. Nothing else to see here, just a lot of boring matches"

[4.0] "An incredibly forgettable show all around. Pre Show match is competent enough but ends in a DQ for no reason. Skip it unless you really want to see early Rock (4/10) Funk/Snow is a pretty decent opener despite having no story and one small botch in the middle. A lot of high flying and nice spots (6/10) Tag Title match is not bad thanks to Bulldog and Owen wrestling really well and making the most of their time in the ring. However its also no good since Kane and Bognar are doing a mocbuster version of Diesel and Razor. Also Austin and two AAA wrestlers interfere because why not (5/10) Mero/Triple H is the best match of the night despite the weak count out. Good flying moves from Mero and great heel work from Hunter really enjoyed him fighting with the ref a lot. Still could've been better (6/10) Taker/Executioner is an absolute bore. Gordy had a bad gimmick and looked awful here. Taker was clearly better but he can't save this and neither can Foley or Bearer (2/10) Main Event is a nothing match with Bret for some reason dominating Sid for the most part. Between HBK on commentary and Austin interfering the match just fills like a placeholder for segments (4/10)"

So overall a good 2 hour in your house show, nothing great or outstanding but good for what it was."

[4.0] "It would be a really forgettable PPV if not for the horrendous Armageddon Rules bollocks. But from the beginning: the opener is fine, although a little sloppy at times. Then Fake Diesel and Razor have actually a decent little match with Owen and Bulldog, who seem to work pretty good as babyfaces, plus the finish there is top notch. Mero vs Hunter is also quite good, as Mero's high flying stuff looks much better than Cassidy's and Funk's and Helmsley plays his heel role perfectly. Then the abomination of Taker vs Executioner happens that is everything that I hate about Deadman's feud with Mankind. They try to outdo themselves with every show but it's not possible and as a result we got this loads of crap with slow walking across the arena and the camera doesn't even catch most of the stuff. And then the main event is alright - it's better then Sid's match with Michaels in terms of psychology, but worse when it comes to the atmosphere. The finish is good though, as I have been enjoying Bret's slow heel turn for quite some time now."

[7.0] "I was entertained. Under 2 hour show with a great opener, that fades off from there but I still enjoyed myself. The Owen/Bulldog v (fake)Diesel/Ramon is underappreciated here. I thought it was strong with all the story beats of stone cold interrupting, forgetting that bulldog and Austin had a bit of a rivalry here before the Summerslam incident with Owen. Marc and Triple H had a strong match with an an ending of the times.Undertaker, had a match. Syd and Bret also had a match for Shawn to show his strong commentary charisma to put more into their fued. Overall I thought this was a solid show especially given the time period."

[7.0] "Good edition of IYH, nothing special but there are no bad matches. Opener is good. Tag team match is pretty good too especially for fake Ramon and Diesel. Mero vs Hunter is another great fight from those two. Undertaker vs Executioner is very entertaining. Wrestlers destroyed all decorations, fight at backstage and even outside of the arena. Main event is just a good match. Confrontation between Bret and Shawn is cool."

[5.0] "Sycho Sid vs Bret Hart wasn't as expected, a long fight with full-brawling and a few of Hart's best moves. The focus was on Shawn Michaels. Most of the matches did not have a clean finish. Fake Razor Ramon was really bad, so even the tag team match wasn't good. Undertaker returned to bad fights, not even the presence of Mankind helped it. A bland event, not really recommended."

[4.0] "Fun opening contest with Flash Funk and Leif Cassidy (Al Snow) doing their best to make an impression. We also got a decent Mero vs. HHH IC Title match, a decent Undertaker brawl with the short-lived Executioner character (played by Terry Gordy) that had some fun spots but still seems like it should've been a lot better, and a main event that, while not anywhere near Bret Hart's highlight reel was an alright brawl in its own right. And, of course, a Tag Title match featuring the fake Diesel and Razor. Overall a pretty forgettable IYH installment."
