[2.0] "Only the opening Intercontinental Championship title match stopped this from getting a zero. An Absolutely shocking episode of Raw. The promos were all dire and the squashes were just terrible. The less said about the main event tuxedo match the better."

[4.0] "Show had a great opening match and William Shatner but that is about all the positives I can say about it. It had 2 squash matches one featuring a young Matt Hardy that was not good and one with King Kong Bundy that didn't go 30 seconds plus a horrible announcer's tuxedo match."

[4.0] "While the show started promising, it ended poorly enough that I'd struggle to give it a positive rating. I liked Owen vs. Razor, but thought it fell a bit short of my expectations. The two squash matches were so short that they weren't worth much (although it was nice to see Hakushi debut), and William Shatner on the King's Court felt more like an ad for Shatner's upcoming TV show than anything. The Tuxedo Match that headlined the show was, unsurprisingly, both awful as well as ridiculous. Watch the opener if you're curious, but the rest is pretty substandard."

[7.0] "A fun RAW this week. Owen Hart vs Razor was a great opener. The King's Court segment with William Shatner was good also. Hakushi looked great in his squash, just wish he was given more time. Fink vs Wippleman was... interesting, but a fun match nonetheless."

[7.0] "Owen/Razor was a very solid match that for the time was PPV quality. The squash matches were solid, and the tuxedo match was a fun novelty match at the time."

[5.0] "The second anniversary edition isn't really exicting, Razor Ramon vs Owen Hart works fine as an opener and it has a terrible conclusion. The Tuxedo match is nightmare fuel, I really want to forget it. The King's Court isn't great at all and many stuffs are boring in this episode."

[4.0] "The only match I enjoyed watching was Razor Ramon vs Owen Hart. It was a pretty good match. It was cool seeing Matt Hardy back in 1995 but his match with Hakushi was basically a squash match. Bundy vs Sabough was another squash match. And I didnt even bother watching the so called "Main Event". It was actually pretty disgusting."
