[1.0] "holy shit what a terrible episode of raw. You know, in this era, the WWF only had four PPV's per year. Would it be so difficult to ask them, for four mondays per year, for them to have something interesting planned for raw that builds off of the events from the PPV, ESPECIALLY when there is some angle shift or swerve that happened the previous day? Yes they mentioned what happened with anvil but they didn't get into any story regarding it. WHY NOT? How awesome would that pop be for them to start the show with a 15 min segment of just bret/owen/anvil, or some combo? Instead we get Diesel, who seriously just had a fucking TITLE MATCH yesterday, to fight "mark thomas" as an opener? Fucking mark thomas? who the fuck is mark thomas? Like, Diesel was about 5 seconds away from beating bret hart to win the belt. And the very next day he's doing this bullshit? I am 100% aligned with Nash having to fight some scrubs here and there to refine his craft still at this point, but why the fuck is this the first match after the PPV? So fucking dumb. The King's Court was absolutely pointless this week and all of the other matches were just as pointless. I'm giving 1 point due to cornette's involvement both in yokozuna's corner, hb's corner, and on the mic for the last match. He's the only singular piece of enjoyment that this episode has to offer. I believe in historical preservation with pretty much everything. But if I didn't, I'd start a petition to burn all evidence of this Raw episode."

[1.0] "This was a really weak episode of monday night raw all the squash matches were quite boring and the match which did get a bit of time was boring aswell and the court segement was one of the weaker ones we've seen so overall this episode gets a 1/10.."

[3.0] "This was a weak show and a pretty poor follow up to KOTR. The wrestling was lacklustre, as the squashes were pretty dull and the only match with any substance was Koloff vs Kid, which was also pretty unappealing. I found King's Court with Duke Droese amusing and Cornette on commentary is always entertaining, but this was not a very good episode of RAW."

[3.0] "Coming off a strong KOTR PPV, this RAW was a huge disappointment to follow up. Kid/Nikolai (the only real match here, mind you) was okay at best, and even though I enjoyed most of the squashes, it didn't do much in bringing up the overall quality of the show. Cornette's commentary on the last match is the only bright spot this show had."
