[1.0] "The first ever women's elimination chamber match was great, but the men's elimination chamber match was weak and the whole undercard was just bland and boring in particularly Bray Vs Matt which was just a total snooze. Overall WWE Elimination Chamber (2018) was just a snooze of a show thanks to it's bad booking and undercard."

However, it was done much better than Shayna Baszler in 2020 or Brock in 2022"

It was enjoyable and everyone did good as their role. Alexa winning was right also. I was very surprised that Sheasaro Vs Titus Worldwide was actually this good. Next two matches were pretty boring and I was uninvested all the way through. The men's chamber match was good. Braun stole the show again however. Reigns winning was the obvious but poor decision. Overall this is just an average show."

[4.0] "Props for not making it a 5 hour show. Still we have seen this card formula so many times before in the current WWE and i feel like i´m getting too old for this new era of WWE. Why does there exactly have to be 2 long tasking EC matches on one card? Why does there have to be a women´s Elimination Chamber? Why not come up with something completely new & unique just for the women? All planning is put on opener and ME, rest is fillers, boring generic WWE matches. WWE PPV´s are not spectacles like they used to be. Even the show elements are lame these days."

[5.0] "A mixed bag. The women's Chamber match was perhaps somewhat formulaic, but provided some good action - particularly once it got down to the final three - and was easily match of the night. The men's Chamber was more disappointing - while allowing Strowman to eliminate the first five men himself made him look strong, that was undone by Reigns easily dispatching him at the end, and in the process buried those beaten by Strowman as well (and, of course, Reigns winning was the predictable result). In between, the Asuka vs Nia Jax match was better than expected, but the tag title match was somewhat flat (Titus and Apollo ultimately weren't the best opposition the Bar have faced), and Hardy vs Wyatt was disappointingly a whole lot of nothing (WWE don't have even the slightest clue as to what to do with the Broken/Woken gimmick)."

[7.0] "ROMAN WON LOL 0/10 The actual main event was really good and had more psychology than most Chamber matches. The Women's match was also good, Asuka and Nia was better than I expected, mostly cuz Asuka sells as well as she kicks. Hardy and Wyatt was enjoyable enough with some amusing character work, and even the tag team match was above average. You can't say a solid and sometimes very good show throughout is bad cuz you don't like the guy that won the one match"

[5.0] "The two Elimination Chamber matches are enjoyable, the booking is weird for the male Chamber with so many finishing moves that don't do damage. Also the match for the tag team titles is okay, great work from Cesaro and Sheamus. The rest is bad, Hardy vs Wyatt is boring. The contract signing of Ronda Rousey lasted for too long. Not a great event, but not bad as many say."

[6.0] "The women's Elimination Chamber was a little frustrating; I don't think Absolution should've been in it at all but that they were and did so little as a unit to dominate anyone other than Bayley was disappointing. The centre stretch once Rose was gone was very good; Mickie shined hard but was eliminated too early (something the crowd audibly didn't approve of) and they sowed the seeds for Bayley vs. Sasha... but the most spectacular moment of the match - Alexa's Twisted Bliss off the top of a pod - wasn't the finish. Massive fumble on the agent's part; the finish came moments later off an impressive DDT, but it just felt flat after such an amazing manoeuvre and left me confused as to why they put it together that way (***). The tag title match was something that happened that was instantly forgettable (**). Asuka vs. Nia Jax was a good match but didn't have the feel of previous meetings between the two in NXT (** 3/4). The men's Chamber was a forgone conclusion going in but I'd managed to convince myself it may not be and they booked it like I was going to be proven right; very good match and Braun was an absolute beast, he took so much damage that I didn't bump on the finish as unrealistic as some did, I just felt it was a wasted opportunity to really give the fans something they wanted and weren't expecting to get (****)."

Hardy vs Wyatt wasn't as bad as people said but the crowd turned this match to a bullshit. Contract singing was a good segment. And the main event... one of the worst chamber matches but still it was watchable, ***."

Raw tag was okay**1/4 not much heat. Asuka/Rock's cousin was another fine match. Asuka was good at making rock's cousin look good**1/2. Hardy/Wyatt was boring, no one cared even the live crowd *. End this shit please. Ronda segment was so so. Ronda looked okay. Other 3 of course were much better. The segment definitely got pretty good reaction overall. Main event was awful DUD. One of the worst chamber matches ever. The way the match was laid out sucked. Braun buried anyone but reigns when he kicked out every finisher then eliminated 5 wrestlers and lost after 2 spears. Just fucking garbage. I know reigns winning was obvious but i expected some nice good wrestling here and I was total wrong. Overall not much to talk about this show. Worst show of the year so far."

[4.0] "The Women's Chamber Match was a total shitshow until Absolution got eliminated. For the first attempt, it was okay. Some really dumb moves by everyone involved like not pinning quickly or turning on each other when they could take others out. **1/2. Bar vs Titus Worldwide - **. Decent match but no one bought Titus Worldwide as challengers so why not pleasantly shock us and give them the belts even if only for two weeks or so? Asuka vs Nia - **3/4. Decent match. Asuka made Nia look like a monster and the result protected Nia enough. Not a fan of the Nia botch with the big front flip nearly crushing Asuka's legs. Matt vs Bray - *1/2. Shitty crowd made a mediocre match worse. Why put this weird feud in a conventional singles match? Rather have them fight like the Final deletion or something crazier? Ronda signing segment was good when Ronda stopped talking and went into killer mode. NOT a fan of Steph slapping her and Ronda doing nothing about it. Men's chamber match - ***1/2. Star making performance from Braun. Some dumb decisions here too like people stopped from pinning others and Seth turning on Roman while Braun who had eliminated everyone was still there. Predictable ending but I will not mind Roman vs Brock since Braun vs Brock has been disappointing. Overall, an eminently skippable PPV."

[6.0] "Surprised most are as down on the show as they are. The women's chamber is good, it's nice to see Bayley popular again, Sasha being a nasty heel again and Bliss' promo after the match was brilliant. Tag title match isn't a bad match but I dont think anyone really cared. Asuka/Nia is a solid match, Nia improves every night and Asuka is the best women's performer without doubt for me, the post match attack by Nia meant she doesn't lose any heat despite losing. Matt/Wyatt is lackluster it's a shame both of these guys are stuck in this position. Contract signing with Ronda started off awkward but improved once Angle started to snitch on HHH and Steph. (LOL) Main event was ok, but I expected better considering the star power in this match. Braun is the star obviously, but the end does leave a sour taste in the mouth. The predictability of this show really hurts it, but it isn't as bad as people are saying in my opinion."

[4.0] "Match One: Women's Elimination Chamber Match- Good opener. I really didn't expect much from this and they exceeded my expectations for this match. Well done. The middle section was the best part of the match. The beginning was okay by Absolution standards. Banks and Bayley was awesome in the match. That finish was either botched or awful selling from Banks. Rating: ***. Match Two: Titus Worldwide (Titus and Apollo) vs The Bar (Sheamus and Cesaro)- This match was just filler. They never seemed to get out of the house show mode. It was okay. Rating: **. Match Three: Nia Jax vs Asuka- Okay match. Odd finish. Wish Asuka got more offence but Nia performed well. Rating: **¾. Match Four: Bray Wyatt vs Matt Hardy- Wrestlecrap. Rating: ½*. Match: Five: Men's Elimination Chamber Match- Real lackluster main event. It really dull for the majority of the match. Nothing was engaging to me at all until Balor and Braun had there little moment but other than that, nothing was very interesting. Disappointing ending, it seemed way too rushed and it should've been more effective then it actually was. Rating: **"

[5.0] "Average event, forgettable PPV monobrand. The opener is MOTN (***1/2), a pretty story telled, every performer has done well according to her skills, Absolution works well, and Sasha and Bayley's segment is well also, good use of the cage. The following three match are skippable matches, Ronda Rousey is bad on mic, she has to improve. The Main Event is decent (***1/4), but it has to be better, in according to building and starpower, but it is watchable, thanks to Rollins."

[5.0] "The event started off with a surprisingly solid Women's Chamber match, with some very good storytelling, a masterful heel performance and really helped legitimate Bliss going into Mania. (***3/4) The Bar vs. Titus Worldwide was a rather bland retread, but Sheamus and Cesaro managed to generate some noise toward the end. (**). Asuka-Nia was a pleasant surprise, Nia had a strong showing and Asuka looks really good. I enjoyed the post-down beatdown as well. (***). Hardy-Wyatt had a few things working against it: 1) No one believes Bray Wyatt will ever win on PPV 2) The crowd wasn't interested 3) The Woken gimmick has lost its luster after a listless start. (*3/4). The Rhonda segment was an enjoyable bit of fun -- started shaky with RR's promo (as she looked genuinely overwhelmed) but Triple H and Angle really carried the segment until Rousey could do what we all wanted to see her do: kick ass. I'm pretty excited for the eventual tag match at Mania. The Men's Chamber match was just underwhelming from a booking standpoint, a fine wrestling match that didn't utilize the Chamber, and a conclusion that made no one look particularly impressive. (**1/2). Ultimately, a PPV with some unexpected highs but some really disappointing lows."

[1.0] "Ok, where do I start.. The women EC match was nothing special, and I'm so disappointed by Absolution's performance, Mandy and Sonia together could have built something interesting, instead they wrestled with no brain at all, their alliance was useless. Bliss's win was so predictable. ** The other 3 matches from my pov were the same old s... And the men's EC match.. OMG what a WASTE OF TIME. Basically it was all about Braun Strowman destroying everybody, they could have called it the "Braun's EC match", the funny thing about this is that after all those insane kickouts, he suddenly became weaker face to face with Roman. So unrealistic. I understand WWE wants him to main event Wrestlemania, but man .. the match was a disaster. * The only good I liked was Ronda's contract signing, 'cause the built some sorta rivarly between her and Stephanie, that's the only reason why I give 1 point rating and not 0. In the end, I think this was one of the worst PPV's in years."

[5.0] "The Women's Chamber was really awesome - super fun from start to finish, everybody played their roles to perfection & the match did not drag at all (***3/4), The Bar vs. Titus Worldwide was a super simple, yet super fun tag match (***1/2), Asuka/Nia is probably my pick for the MOTN (very close between it & the women's Chamber though) - quite possibly the strongest performance of Nia's young career so far (***3/4), Wyatt/Hardy was pretty much what I'd expect out of a singles match between the 2 - super boring stuff (*), the Ronda segment was actually better than I imagined, reading the reviews & reports of it - I enjoyed it! & then the main event - goddamn was that boring; a contender for the worst Elimination Chamber of all-time, and I am not saying this because Reigns won because Reigns was & is my favorite wrestler who participated in it, but damn that was a bore to get through (DUD). Overall the show started off SUPER strong w/ 3 awesome matches in a row, but once we hit Wyatt/Hardy the quality dropped & the main event sadly followed that."

[4.0] "I am only rating the chamber matches because I had below zero interest in the other three matches, though it sounds like I didn't miss anything. Women's match was a little better than I expected, mostly thanks to a very heated final few minutes. Sasha turning on Bayley didn't have the impact it should've because it was so obvious and continued to portray Bayley as an absolute moron who is a loser through nobody's fault but her own's. (***1/4). Main event was mostly a slog, and I'm having a hard time remembering a single spot from this 40 minute match I watched 2 hours ago. I like Roman a lot as a worker but I got sick of his shameless, transparent booking a long time ago. I'm not even mad, I'm just over it. (**1/2)."

[6.0] "LOL the instant flux of bottom-weighted ratings, you guys would crap your pants if you watched some 1995 stuff or dodgy WCW PPVs. I enjoyed both Chamber matches, preferred the women's which was my MOTN along with Asuka v Nia. Pity about the men's chamber winner, I am a Reigns fan but this half-arsed push isn't what fans want and isn't even helping him get over. It's just a foregone conclusion, and fans couldn't even be bothered to boo particularly. All that said, the men's chamber was pretty well done until this, enjoyed Braun looking great, though it felt like something was missing. The other two matches, well the tag was decent though not much more and Hardy/Wyatt was pretty embarrassing to be honest. WWE have botched the Broken Hardy stuff to the extent that no one cares anymore, and Wyatt is an absolute lost cause at this point - I hope he doesn't have a 'Mania match. The Rousey segment was okay, though I really couldn't care less about her, the segment was completely saved by Kurt Angle. This was a "foregone conclusion" show to tie up loose ends prior to 'Mania. Not great, but not terrible either."

[1.0] "Pretty terrible show. The two Elimination Chamber matches were serviceable as far as action goes, but little more. These matches lacking brutality since the PG-era continues here, spots are pretty tame, some really awkward botches (Bayley on all fours over Sasha, not pinning her, waiting for Alexa to roll her up a memorable one), transparent and forceful booking calls (build up Strowman to the absolute max just for Roman to take him down at the end), etc. They were both messes that were more or less booked with contempt for fans, but fun in tiny bursts. The rest of the show was downright sad. The three matches in the middle were useless. Asuka vs. Nia and the tag title match were both completely predicable and bland. Matt vs. Bray is a match that should be a big deal if the build was handled properly, but instead we got beach ball and Rusev Day chants over a low-tier Raw match. And the Ronda segment. The Ronda segment flat out made me question my love of wrestling. So yeah. Pretty terrible show."
