So was hat man halt.

[8.0] "Don't "feel bad" for any crowd for daring to enjoy the hell out of a match. Don't "feel bad" for the two young lads who had the experience of their lifetimes and got put over by someone they look up to and respect in Ospreay. What a ridiculous and awfully patronizing statement. By all means, criticize a match but don't get all high and mighty with your star ratings talking about feeling bad for people. I feel bad for hypercritical wrestling fans sneering at their computer screens, personally. Enjoying things > not enjoying things. Anyway, decent show this. The main event was a blast though I'll need to see more personality from each before becoming 'fans' of either, TK/Bird and McKenzie/Priestley were also very good. Didn't care for the tag match, just felt very meaningless, but this was another good Dome show which I feel are proving themselves to be very much worth watching and just below the standard of most chapter shows."

[6.0] "PROGRESS? Ordentliche Show in Summe."

[5.0] "I had never seen one of the Live at the Dome shows so I thought I'd check it out. Turns out it wasn't much. Everything up to Bird/Cooper (easily the match of the show) was entirely skippable. After that, things got a little better. McKenzie/Priestley and Johnson/Jordan weren't good per se, but still a step up from the undercard. I'm not sure how I feel about Mayhew/Mills. They both seem to have promise, but this match together felt like they were emulating an Ospreay/Ricochet-type spotfest (with a cameo appearance from Billy Ostrich himself! ). And while I love me a good spotfest, neither wrestler here is close to being at the point of those guys. It felt a bit empty even for a spotfest."

[3.0] "William Eaver -vs- Kip Sabian [* 1/4], Nina Samuels -vs- Charli Evans [*], Charlie Carter & Oisin Delaney -vs- Gabriel Kidd & Saxon Huxley [* 1/2] Decent lightweight action. Standard really, as these guys are still establishing themselves. Fairly positive affair without making too much of an impression. TK Cooper -vs- Mike Bird [**] They worked ? the formula? well enough and gave the match a little boost, regardless of it being two not-so-interesting guys. TK was always the one with the most going for him, and not surprisingly picked up the win, though a little lucky. Millie McKenzie -vs- Bea Priestley [* 3/4] I'm liking Millie McKenzie, but she also did a Canadian Destroyer, and that I? m not liking. She? s young and that? s not the style she should be doing. Lame choice. Hope better choices for future developments. Roy Johnson -vs- Amir Jordan [*] Who, what, why? I guess it? s too early for me to care about any of these guys. Maverick Mayhew -vs- Connor Mills [3/4*] Felt like kids having seen Japanese wrestling, imitating it backyard-style. Really, REALLY fake choreo of an epic fight. Not impossible they? ll become big news one day, but they need a legit reality check first. I felt bad for them. They were not ready for this. The fans seemed to absolutely love this. I felt bad for them too. This really wasn't good. Not surprised Will Ospreay was endorsing this. Great as he is, he himself has issues wrestling like a kid when he should be fighting like a man."

[7.0] "Of the seven matches here three are matches I'd recommend checking out and two are probably worthy seeing for story line reasons, the rest are skippable but will probably hold appeal for some. It's the two women's matches that, while not brilliant individual contests, do have implications going forward thanks to the angle after the McKenzie/Preistley match. If you're not interested in that though, there's no need to watch them. The main event was something of a spot fest and a both guys have a long way to go, but it was still very impressive and enjoyable to watch, and the crowd response and (what seems like a totally impromptu) surprise appearance by a former PROGRESS champion to put both boys over for their efforts makes it essential viewing. Johnson/Jordan was power vs. personality and it was a helluva lot of fun to watch, very entertaining and has me hoping both men will be appearing more often for PROGRESS from now on. My personal match of the night (although I wouldn't argue with anyone that chose either of the matches I've previously mentioned) was TK Cooper vs. Mike Bird however; I'm solidly invested in Cooper's story regardless but the way the match was put together had me really respecting Bird and the way he works on a whole new level - such solid in-ring work, excellent psychology and great story telling."
