[5.0] "The crowd response wasn’t much, hurting a mostly positive show. The negatives doesn’t really matter much with NOAH’s current state, but with the international work relationships and fresh match-ups the show felt refreshing. Yoshinari Ogawa & Seiya Morohashi & Ashley Istria -vs- Masao Inoue & Tadasuke & Junta Miyawaki [* 3/4], Ross von Erich & Marshall von Erich -vs- Kenou & Daisuke Ikeda [* 1/4], Eli Drake (c) -vs- Cody Hall – (GFW Global Title) [* 1/2], Hi69 & Garza Jr. -vs- Hajime Ohara & Ultimo Ninja [**], Minoru Tanaka -vs- Hitoshi Kumano [* 3/4], Maybach Tanigchi & Akitoshi Saito & Shiro Koshinaka -vs- Tatsumi Fujinami & Mitsuya Nagai & LEONA [* 1/2], Yuji Okabayashi & Moose -vs- Katsuhiko Nakajima & Masa Kitamiya [** 3/4], HAYATA & YO-HEY (c) -vs- Shunma Katsumata & MAO – (GHC Junior Tag Title) [* 3/4], Taiji Ishimori (c) -vs- Daisuke Harada – (GHC Junior Title) [** 1/2], Go Shiozaki & Atsushi Kotoge (c) -vs- Mohammed Yone & Quiet Storm – (GHC Tag Title) [**], Eddie Edwards (c) -vs- Naomichi Marufuji – (GHC Title) [***] They came with a quality fight. In between the Misawa tribute moves, general finisher craze and extended ring-time, they had s few high-risk moments planned out and the one were Edwards placed Marufuji on the railings to crash him down to the floor head-first looked brutal, serving well for a big match like this! Edwards survived quite a few of Marufuji’s big moves, and at the same time wrestled like a champion."

They're not terrible athletes, and considering they have the name if they were really serious about wrestling they'd be better. Crowd was dead for this. GFW Title match: **1/2. Not bad at all. Eli was better then i'd thought he'd be in Japan. Cody was fine. Amusing to see Borash shooting ringside on a handheld camera. Ohara & Ninja/Garza & Hi69: ***1/4. Good little match. Bunch of dives for the sake of dives in this. Okabayashi & Moose/Nakajima & Kitamiya: ***1/2. Pretty good match. All 4 guys were good. Pretty fun too. Jr. Title match: ***1/2. Very good. Was well worked throughout, but was missing something for a lot of it. By the end, very good. Main event: ****1/4. Tremendous main event match that built so well. Crowd wasn't red hot, but the match was still great. I may be on an island but i think it's my favorite GHC title match of 2017. Good, easy to watch show with a great Main event."
