[2.0] "Outside of the main event nothing was good on this show at all once again, hence why it gets a 2 instead of a 1. Both talking segments involved Shane, Dolph's "re-debut" was pushed, Sami loses to Aiden in a minute, Nattie/Carmella was a bad heel vs. heel match, Corbin/Tye was long and dull, etc."
[9.0] "Good to see these three coming back together! Great promo from Orton, a decent one from Nakamura, his English is getting better. Great KO-Shane segment and great follow-up with KO-Bryan talk. Natalya vs. Carmella was a surprisingly good match, Natalya elevated two opponents already in her title win and this match against MITB Winner and that's a great start for a championship reign, not that Naomi and Carmella aren't improving, liked it and expect at least the same level next week. The aftermath was brutal. So where was Zigman? Regardless, it was awesome and funny. English vs. Zayn was a quick one, the only awesome thing about it was what happened after. A short backstage segment with Bryan and The New Day and The Usos was a cool way to announce the stipulation for tag team championship match next week and to advertise New Day underwear and to continue telling a KO story. The in-ring Shane-Bryan segment was really well done. A confident promo from Mahal. Corbin vs. Dillinger was a really fun matchup, good story, good selling by Tye and a good announcement for next show. What the heck was that Carmella thing? ! I'm not complaining though. What a main event, better than Nakamura-Cena for me, it was absolutely awesome even with little to none selling and it put already a fun show on another level. [8. 5/10] for the match and [8. 5/10] for the show."
[3.0] "There just wasn't enough wrestling on this show. The only parts of this show worth watching were Shane and KO's segment and Nakamura vs Orton. The rest of this show was garbage."
[5.0] "Besides a rather under-booked push for Nakamura beating another superstar without much else than giving him a win, Smackdown was another underwhelming experience wrestling-wise. The segment stuff was a lot better with the Owens/Shane stuff. Ziggler trying to find his thing. Natalya and her loser arguing. Natalya -vs- Carmella [*] Carmella and her partner in crime measuring when to use the Money in the Bank title shot during the singles match against the SmackDown Women’s Champion Natalya. Didn’t go as planed and Carmella got pissed at her friend. Aiden English -vs- Sami Zayn [1/2*] Rematch from the week before. This time no one interfered and English beat him fair and square in no time. Baron Corbin -vs- Tye Dillinger [*] A bore of a match. Corbin in control, Corbin winning. Upset AJ Styles looking on. Shinsuke Nakamura -vs- Randy Orton [** 1/2] WWE finally pushing Nakamura to the moon after keeping him on the shelf in NXT for over a year. A few weeks ago a clean victory over John Cena. Here a clean win over Randy Orton! A good 10 minute TV match where Nakamura kept escaping the RKOs and instead landed his own Kinshasas to beat the Viper in a competitive bout!"
