[5.0] "This show was a study in contrast: the in-ring work was largely lackluster, but the crowd energy and spectacle carried the night. The Tag Team Elimination Match and Scott Hall's thumbtack bump provided the few real highlights, while other contests, such as Ultimo Dragon vs. Jimmy Jacobs, Jake Roberts vs. Pogo, and the chaotic bumps, fell short. The constant chaos, from thrown beer cans to Bull Pain being attacked with a sign, made the event feel unpredictable and wild. Commentary from Gweedo and 3D elevated the presentation, keeping the audience invested. As pure wrestling, it's weak, but as a spectacle, it's worth seeing."
[5.0] "Fairly fun show to watch. The Bull Pain/2 Tuff Tony match was easily the highlight of the night. The Tag Team match was fun as hell too seeing a bunch of different guys all going at it. The surprise of Ron Killings was great to see. Guys like Ultimo Dragon, Sabu, Justin Credible, 2 Cold Scorpio and others made it worth checking out, but the show did start to drag on a bit towards the end. Especially with a horrible match between Scott Hall and Corporal Robinson."
[2.0] "Jimmy Jacobs vs. Ultimo Dragon: 1.5* / Abdullah The Butcher vs. Jake Roberts vs. Pogo The Clown: DUD / 2 Tuff Tony vs. Bull Pain: 2* / Nosawa & The Great Muta vs. 2 Cold Scorpio & Justin Credible: 2.5* / Tracy Smothers vs. Ron Killings: 2* / Eight Team Elimination Match: 1* / Corporal Robinson vs. Scott Hall: 1* / Sabu & The Insane Clown Posse vs. The Young Altar Boys: 1* / Typical underwhelming JCW show, except this time the budget is higher. Nothing much to say here - the triple threat had every potential to be -5* but it only went a minute, so it gets a DUD. Best match is Nosawa&Muta vs Scorpio&Credible, which is only passable. Scott Hall was fine, didn't embarrass himself and even took a bump on thumbtacks. The main event is a real shitter, with ICP living out their fantasy and wrestling like its a video game, hitting big moves with no rhyme or reason - to which their opponents have 0 answer. At least J looked technically acceptable, while Shaggy was just a disaster. Still, the fans ate it up."
