Outside of most of the matches being overbooked messes where people just did spots without any real passion before quickly moving on to the next spot, you've got things like, Sexy Star deciding out of the blue to shoot on Rosemary and destroy her entire career, Jeff Jarrett showing up obviously drunk and not giving a fuck, and the absolute onslaught of technical issues throughout the entire broadcast that made it damn near impossible to watch. Even as a show that was streamed FOR FREE on Twitch, I still feel like I was scammed That isn't to say there was nothing redeemable here, there are some good spots every now and then, and the dark matches are really good, especially considering how Hijo Del Vikingo is AAA's top guy nowadays making it worth a watch. It's just, as an introduction to AAA as a promotion, which is what this was for me, this absolutely stunk |

For those bitching more about the minor incident involving Sexy Star that Wagner losing his mask should check your heads and rethink your love of wrestling! Are you in it for the backstage gossip and drama like bored housewifes? Or do you heart the organic nature of the in-ring game, regardless of the good, the bad and the damn emotional fire of this carny world? |

Der Street Fight dann auf einem ganz soliden Weg und endet leider im Chaos. Der Semi Mainm Event kommt auch nicht ohne Eingriffe aus. Wagner gegen Psycho Clown ist ein gutes spannendes Match. The Women's Title match was a travesty; the champ spent 80% of it on the outside to avoid bumping and hardly sold anything, Shani and Hamada got pissed at how unprofessional Sexy was, the hardcore spots fell apart despite the best efforts of the 3 women who could work in the match, and the finish was a disgusting display of cowardice and unprofessionalism; Sexy Star is utter garbage as a wrestler and a person and dragged 3 good wrestlers to the worst match of the year (DUD). Tag Titles were very fun, with constant big dives and sequences from 4 very different teams; Aerostar is an absolute madman and did 2 of the wackiest dives I've seen this year in the span of 13 minutes (***1/4). The Torneo was an absolute clusterfuck, but not even a fast one, with so many people coming in and out at inconsistent times and only 1 or 2 things of many being visible at once, but there were various small neat moments amongst it all; I wish Lashley had done more (**). Mesias vs Pagano started as a decent brawl, started to get hardcore, and then there came the long run-in beatdown from Rey Escorpion; this became an angle instead of a match, but it dragged it down a lot (***). The TLC match was exciting, had a lot of good spots, and tons of blood and hatred to boot, but it went too long while also having an agonizingly long post-match; props to Texano and Fantasma for bleeding that much (***1/4 to ***1/2). Psycho vs Wagner was the best of the matches they've had together, with great brawling, a big fight feel, a hot crowd, some big moves, a couple of huge kickouts, and a truly shocking result that lead to the legend unmasking; an awesome main event with a full year of build behind it and decades of legacy to boot (****1/4+). Pretty poor show saved by a historic main event. |

New stage set, a little darker but I kinda like the new concept. The decision to go on with GFW stars was going really well as expected. Of course I can't rank this higher because the many stumbles. The 30-man war was not really good (I can even call it crap), the luchadora match was mediocre, could be great but Rosemary injured, the Relevos Atomicos was lukewarm like the other matches that I don't review, the tag team match was good, and the worst was Pagano vs Mesias. It ended horribly with Pagano's bat hitting his own head and Mesias injured halfway the match. The 3 titles match was good and sounds heelish like MITB 2014. The main event was good, I actually predict both wrestler had a same possibility to lose but It's so sad to see Wagner was in the losing end. The finishing onto him also not too good, which makes me way sadder. But I appreciate this match because both wrestler performed well and Wagner did a great 'torch passing' to his son and Psycho. Amazing view, but like Wrestlemania 32, the fact just too ironic. It's great but not too great. The haters got his lowest rank on his mind. Better AAA made a greater show next year, cause I can't wait for it. |

Die Undercard plätscherte so vor sich hin. Mit dem Reina Title Match kam auch die Unprofessionalität von Sexy Star zum Vorschein. Absolutes No Go. Das Match war aber auch schon vor dem Ende eine halbe Katastrophe. Mesias vs. Pagano war fast auf allen Ebenen enttäsuchend. Etwas besser wurde es mit dem Co-Main Event, wenn man sinnlose und teilweise botchy Spots mag. Der Main Event war gleichzeitig das beste Match der Show und einer emotionalen Demaskierung der Legende Wagner jr. |

A garbage match, far below what (some) of the women involved are capable of, and that's not even counting the horrific behaviour of the winner. Once again my occasional venture into AAA has left me regretting it. |

Torneo match : That one sucked, nothing more to say about it : DUD. Mesias vs Pagano : So disappointing, that was a boring match and the end was crap : DUD. Triple Threat TLC : I had a lot of hope about this match, but this one was also disappointing. A big part of the interesting spots were failed, and the match himself was not pretty good : **1/2. Wagner vs Psycho Clown : The best match of the night, but nothing truly great : ***. |
