[3.0] "The first match is one of Marty Jannetty's few title defenses as Intercontinental Champion and is also a reasonably well-executed match. But what Sherri is doing there with Jannetty is a complete mystery to me, especially since the Mania feud with Luna hasn't been mentioned at all since then. The Steiners are already squashing their opponents pretty stiffly in the ring. Duggan and Hughes also score extremely meaningless victories. Razor defeats Roy decisively as well. Memorial Day is a very patriotic American tradition, so people aren't exactly thrilled to see Yokozuna with the Japanese flag. This brings Jim Duggan onto the scene, who announces a match against the big Samoan - and he really would have been better off not doing that. Overall, with the exception of the opener, an extremely weak show that you can turn off after 15 minutes. Barely a pass."

[5.0] "There's a lot to like here in this episode but it feels like a bunch of segments slapped together instead of a cohesive show. The opening match was fun as shit and I love the luna stuff. Shit was crazy. After that, bunch of squashes that get boring after a while. The last 10 mins were good though. Interview with xpac, a Scott Hall squash (he still is one of the most charismatic guys, even during squash matches), then a strange ending with Yoko talking about killing hulkamania but because it's memorial day, duggan takes it personally and starts USA chants in the crows. Would be nice for hogan to show up every once in a while, considering he's the champion. Yoko's been on screen quite a bit."

[3.0] "Raw #19 delivers a mixed bag of decent action, tired squashes, and some truly trashy segments. The main event between Marty Jannetty and Bam Bam Bigelow is solid, with strong in-ring work and added drama courtesy of Sensational Sherri and Luna Vachon. Things heat up as the fight spills outside, but the excitement fizzles with a disappointing count-out finish. Post-match, Sherri challenges Luna to a brawl, which--unsurprisingly--devolves into another bra-and-panties spectacle. It's moments like this that earn WWE its reputation for white-trash theatrics. The Steiner Brothers squash Rich Myers and The Executioner in a bout that feels more routine than impactful. Mr. Hughes continues to drag the show down with yet another lifeless squash--his matches have become a weekly chore. Jim Duggan's match is more of the same, filled with grating "USA" chants and his obnoxious "HOOOOOO" yelling; it's hard to watch without wanting to hit mute. Razor Ramon vs. Tony Roy offers a slight step up, but Razor's current run feels like it's missing something--he's not connecting yet. Overall, another uneven episode weighed down by bad pacing and tired tropes."

[7.0] "Not a bad night at all. We get a few enjoyable squash matches where the Steiners throw around some guys and Razor does the same with another jobber following a promo where the123 Kid turns down his $5k offer for a rematch. Yokozuna and Fuji come out and work the crowd a little on memorial day and send a message to Hogan. What made this show really memorable for me was the awesome Sherri and Luna brawl after the Bigelow/Jannetty match."

[4.0] "A alright episode of raw starting with a decent ic title match despite the other matches being squashes they were enjoyable"

[4.0] "I thought this episode was fine; even if the show was mostly made of squashes at least they were mostly easy to watch. My favourite match was Bam Bam vs Marty for the IC Title; easily the best match and it earned Bam Bam my MVP for this show. Another guy I really enjoyed on this show was Razor Ramon; his and 1-2-3 Kid's angle continuing here was really good. Jim Duggan saved Mr. Hughes from having my least favourite performance on this show. Sherri and Luna's angle has been interesting so far."

[6.0] "Although it was not as good as some of the previous episodes, it was still a decent RAW. The opening IC Title match was really good and Razor Ramon's squash was really fun, which were the highlights of the episode. Razor actually got the crowd chanting for The Kid, which was great to see."

[6.0] "A decent episode which started off with a good IC title match. The Steiners' squash was good and there was advancement in the Ramon/1-2-3 Kid angle."

[5.0] "The IC Title match was pretty good, but clumsily booked and made Jannetty look like nothing but a paper champ. The Steiners killing a pair of jobbers was BRUTAL, with Scott busting out the ever so awesome Screwdriver. Can't say the same for the rest of the squashes and/or show unfortunately."

[4.0] "The opening of the show in Marty Jannetty vs. Bam Bam Bigelow was good. The brawl between Sensational Sherri and Luna Vachon was also good, as well as the Tatanka run in save. The rest is to be desired, so really nothing besides the opening is good... and maybe Razor's rage on the 1 2 3 kid again?"

[7.0] "Underrated episode, most definitely. Bigelow/Jannetty had a pretty great match to start, Jannetty was on point with some big bumping and nice offense, and Bigelow looked motivated. The ending wasn't the best but overall it was a strong match. Awesome squash by the Steiners and some advancement on the Razor Ramon/123 Kid feud. The Duggan match was very lousy but overall I enjoyed this."

[3.0] "Weak Raw episode. Marty vs Bam Bam is okay but... I think that this is only Janetty's title defence and he woned by coun-out. Yeah, this title reign was epic. Does this episode feature something else? If squashes can be called something, then yes."

[3.0] "Not a good Raw unfortunately. Nothing of note really happens, Sherri calls out Luna and they brawl again. 4 squash matches and the only one of note is the Steiners because Scott hits the steiner driver on a poor soul. Marty vs Bam Bam is kinda sloppy but also the best match. bad finish."
