[6.0] "WTF? I looked at the match guide before watching the end of this episode and saw that the "main event" here was someone named adam bomb winning. I've never heard of him. But he looks like a bad ass. Wonder what happens with this guy. He's huge and ripped. I'd like to see him stand next to the undertaker. He tosses around this fat jobber like he's throwing paper balls into a garbage can. Seriously this guy looks cool. Well, we'll see I guess. The opening segment and match with doink and perfect is really good. Double doink comes out and both get destroyed. Money inc is back but their match sucks. Hogan is "back" but he's giving a backstage interview instead of coming out to the crowd. Lame. Razor comes out for a promo to explain why xpac is an asshole for beating him lol then he's interrupted by Bret Hart, who hijacks the entire interview and pisses off Ramon pretty badly. This episode is good for the perfect/doink match and the Hall interview. Also, time will tell if Adam Bomb's debut is important to history or not but I'm guessing it isn't since i've never heard of him."

[4.0] "Raw #18 offers a decent mix of action and character work, though it's still heavy on the squash matches. The standout bout is Doink vs. Mr. Perfect, a solid match made more compelling by Doink's chaotic evil energy and unpredictable offense. The post-match run-in by Crush to save Perfect adds a nice touch of continuity. Money Inc. squash Mike Bell and Tony DeVito, but a memorable shoe-shine gag with a kid adds some humor and makes the segment more than just a beatdown--plus, it's always a good time to remember your taxes. Crush vs. Bobby Who is a slow, uninspired squash with little crowd engagement. Adam Bomb makes his debut against Phil Apollo, looking physically impressive with a gimmick that's amusing in a campy way. The segment is interrupted by Bobby Heenan watching some Japanese TV program, only for it to be cut off by Adam Bomb's intro--a strange and slightly questionable moment, but fitting for early Raw weirdness. Not a great episode, but it has just enough personality to stay watchable."

[6.0] "This episode opens up with an awesome match from Perfect and the OG Doink and we get a "pissed off" Razor Ramon promo where he adresses his "fluke loss" to the "stick man"(123 Kid) and gets interrupted by the Hitman. Rest of the card was not that good. A generic Hogan and Jimmy Hart promo, Dibiase gets his shoes shined by a fan before him and IRS proceed to take out some jobbers and Crush mows down the rightfully named bobby who? Johnny Polo also introduces us to Adam Bomb here, who squashes yet another jobber. Bigelow also with message for Jannetty and Sherri before their match next week"

[6.0] "Another solid episode of RAW for the time. The best match/probably part of the whole show was Doink vs Mr. Perfect. The Razor Ramon interview was also a solid edition to this show; this followed his loss to who would become the 123 Kid the previous week. I wasn't fully paying attention and thought Ted Dibiase was having a solid extended squash match on this episode; I was disappointed to learn it was a Money Inc. match. I got a kick out of Adam Bomb. Crush vs Bobby Who was the weakest match to me. I hated the Hulk Hogan pre-tape on this episode. Fun little episode of RAW here."

[6.0] "Another solid RAW episode as things keep happening and characters & stories keep getting developed. Perfect/Doink was a really good TV match and the highlight by far, but Razor's segment was also nice, albeit extremely short, and Money Inc's pre-match segment with the young fan was entertaining too. Adam Bomb's looked good in his RAW debut too."

[7.0] "Another good episode of RAW and it has shown signs of consistency. We started off with a hidden gem in Doink/Perfect and we also had a great Razor/Bret segment. The rest of the show isn't anything special but nothing's bad and the episode went by quickly."

[6.0] "Solid Raw for that time. Mr. Perfect vs Doink match is pretty good. Unfortunately except from that there are only squashes and cool promo from Razor Ramon. Adam Bomb made his debut on Raw."

[6.0] "I think this is a decent episode of Raw. its not a a great wrestling episode, although it has a solid Doink/Perfect match, Funny old school bit with MDM, A hogan promo, Adam Bomb's debut with a young Johnny polo/Raven as his manager. Oh and razor issues a challenge to the kid for another match."
