[4.0] "A low priority tour before the big one. At least they have one title match on each of the taped shows to deliver something. This title match however wasn’t very worth wild. SANADA & “King of Darkness” EVIL & BUSHI (c) -vs- Juice Robinson & KUSHIDA & Ryusuke Taguchi – (NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Title) [** 1/4] A little tiresome with the usual non-serious Taguchi stuff, but the crowd was more into this than anything else on the show. The “baseball throw” was the most stand-out spot of the match where Robinson cannonballed himself in the corner with gimmick motions. This was on par with the rest of the show, except a happier vibe, even with the heels retaining (which was the happy part for me). The rest: Tetsuya Naito & Hiromu Takahashi -vs- Hiroshi Tanahashi & Hirai Kawato [**] Got off to a good start and kept it half-alive for the duration. Takahashi came out looking good… and with a little kitty doll. Kazuchika Okada & Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI -vs- Minoru Suzuki & Davey Boy Smith Jr. & Taichi [**] Mid-level tag with some heat included. Not that it made the match stand out all that much. It’s thank kind of Korakuen Hall show. Not much to promote, only keeping things (barely) alive before the G-1 tour. Yuji Nagata & David Finlay -vs- Manabu Nakanishi & Katsuya Kitamura [* 3/4] To think Nakanishi could have a little renaissance with “Nakanishi Jr. ”, aka Kitamura, as his tag partner…."

[7.0] "The first matches were pretty decent and the last two matches were really good for 3v3 tag team match"

[6.0] "The usual NJPW road shows. If you are in to young lions development the you should watch Kawato. Never see a Young Lion connect with the crowd as good as he. Tanahashi & Kawato vs Takahashi & Naito was really good 3 1/2 stars. The main event was great 4 1/4 stars. The rest was average or "just" good matches."

[6.0] "Average NJPW Road show, which may not be everyone's cup of tea but I enjoyed it for what it was. The most noteworthy parts were the G1 announcements and the last 3 matches, which were all good but nothing you need to go out of your way to see. Crowd was pretty hot for such an average show which made it a little more enjoyable to me."
