[5.0] "(rating based on everything bar main event which isn't on AWG Net) This show is a pretty fun show; but again one for those who want to see where the promotion and its wrestlers began more than seeing spectacular matches. The semi-main is a good tag though: even this early into their careers Anou and Honma have great chemistry when they are working against each other; Nakano was good and Hotta is very good at being the experienced bully in matches like this - nothing earth shattering but I enjoyed watching it. Kakeru Sekiguchi's debut match is a fairly typical rookie debut match: its her first match so you can't expect a whole lot and there's not a lot of the stuff that she'd eventually develop. The opener is also a rookie match but I enjoyed it: its Takase's seventh match and Igarashi's third so you have to judge it on that and there are glimpses of what Takase would become in the future and it was fun. The three-way I didn't like a whole lot: it was a comedy match that didn't land with me and part of that was me not getting some of the spots which is unfortunate. Its not a must-see show by any means and appeals to a limited number of people but as a showcase of what AWG was in 2017 its an interesting show to watch."
