02.08.2017 | PUNQ | 4.0 | Tiger Mask W & Tiger Mask -vs- Kazuchika Okada & Gedo [** 1/4] - You know it’s not a priority show when Gedo is headlining! This match was to build hype for Tiger Mask W as the special attraction on the 45th Anniversary show for Okada. Didn’t do a very good job of that, but with double-Tiger Mask this was the most entertaining match of the day. This was simply a show to establish the March’s plans for New Japan. The matches are nothing special and it’s easy a show one can miss.
24.05.2017 | see base 2cubed | 6.0 | Decent show with some good matches and an excellent post match between Tanahashi and Evil . I bushi missed wildly wit drop kicks on more than one occasion . Not sure if it was the mask but he was a good few inches above Okada's head which is pretty impressive athletically but did not look good . Naito has been incredible in ring since the G1 . Matches worth watching : BULLET CLUB (Bad Luck Fale, Kenny Omega, Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) vs. TenKoji (Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima), Manabu Nakanishi & Yuji Nagata , CHAOS (Hirooki Goto, Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano) vs. Great Bash Heel (Togi Makabe & Tomoaki Honma) & Jushin Thunder Liger , David Finlay & Katsuyori Shibata vs. Suzuki-gun (Davey Boy Smith Jr. & Minoru Suzuki) , CHAOS (Gedo & Kazuchika Okada) vs. Tiger Mask & Tiger Mask W and my top match was Hiroshi Tanahashi, Juice Robinson, KUSHIDA, Michael Elgin & Ryusuke Taguchi vs. Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI, EVIL, Hiromu Takahashi, SANADA & Tetsuya Naito) .

04.03.2017 | Chris Reeves | 6.0 | The point of this show was to progress storylines and set up matches for upcoming shows. Just going off of that, this show succeeded. As for the actual matches, the wrestling was good all around and each match accomplished its purpose efficiently. The opener was a solid showcase for the rookie, Oka (**). All the tag matches were good, and deserve around a 3 - 3. 75 star rating. Nothing must see, unless you're an incredibly dedicated NJPW fan, but a good overall show.
