[7.0] "A real happy crowd on this show! They helped make the final show of the NJPW/CMLL tour something special. And the wrestlers gladly responded by giving them what they wanted. The 3 best matches were: Hiromu Takahashi & BUSHI -vs- Dragon Lee & Titan [** 3/4] - Good action sprint. Didn’t over-do anything and kept it competitive. Perfectly for a midcard tag. And since they are building for a Hiromu Takahashi vs Dragon Lee IWGP Junior Title match it was an attraction to see Takahashi be a bastard and pull Lee’s mask off! Tetsuya Naito & Rush & SANADA & “King of Darkness” EVIL -vs- Hiroshi Tanahashi & Atlantis & KUSHIDA & David Finlay [** 3/4] - Pretty wild. Also nothing too special. Just a lot happening with a lot of guys for 10 minutes creating an entertaining atmosphere out of the whole controlled mess. Naito shines! Volador Jr. -vs- Ultimo Guerrero [*** 1/2] - This was more like it. The crowd was loving it before it even started! They wanted a great match and got it! Guerrero the general, Volador the brave soldier…. and out of that a spectacular clash with Guerrero throwing Volador and himself all over the place while Volador was jumping at all angles. The excitement grew steady and both came out of it with their reputations more than in tact."

[8.0] "Really good show with the semi and the main being particularly good . Soberano is annoying . After his squad lost he would not leave the ring and was trying to steal the spotlight from the victors , who happen to be the bookers . Not smart . Naito and Rush would make a great tag team on a more permanent basis . Mistico impressed . He is good but no where near his brothers . They worked the main in a CMLL style but slightly adapted for a more modern pacing . It paid off . It was a really good match with none of those Volador moments that keep him from being a top tier worker . On the other hand Guerrero is acknowledge as being great but is still under rated . Fun show. Matches worth watching : all of them and my top match was Ultimo Guerrero vs. Volador Jr."

[7.0] "Really solid show with very high entertainment value, even if you're not that familiar with modern Lucha Libre. I think it's amazing to see this very unique setting wth the guys from Mexico and them being the focus of the tour in the land of the rising sun. The crowd isn't as shy as you might would expect and the show really profits from this."

"This was another solid card, top to bottom like the other shows. I think out of the three this was the strongest card overall, though last night’s crowd was a bit hotter for top matches. Regardless, all three shows were fun and did a good job in building the Junior title match for the New Beginning next month, as well as just creating a really fun atmosphere that's unique from any other tour New Japan does in their calendar year."
