Will Ospreay hat mir in diesem Match richtig gut gefallen. (***3/4). Fazit: Eine mehr als Solide Zweite Show."

[6.0] "A good day on the New Japan/CMLL tour with the show gradually growing to a fine climax. Kazuchika Okada & Ultimo Guerrero & Euforia -vs- Mistico & Volador Jr. & Juice Robinson [** 1/2] - Solid match with a fairly awesome conclusion by the rudos. First Guerrero stole Volador’s big moment when he countered his dive into a destructive bomb on the floor, before Euforia humiliated everyone’s favorite Mistico! Hiromu Takahashi -vs- Titan [** 3/4] - Cool little match. Doesn’t really gain the heat it would have over in Mexico, but even the Japanese crowd reacted well to the big moments in this inter-cultural singles bout. Takahashi is a cool bastard, ripping off Titan’s mask to have control to mixed-cheers. Dragon Lee -vs- El Barbaro Cavernario – (CMLL Lightweight Title) [*** 1/4] - The match was a little too long resulting in tired execution at the end, but it was a hard-fought fight where El Barbaro really worked his ass off working the type of match they like in Japan! He was nearly in total control, with Lee coming with the short explosive comebacks in between being thrown about. Barbaro’s top rope splash to the floor stood out the strongest for me. He clearly showed he was there to give it his all."

[8.0] "Most of the show was very entertaining . Soberano's gymnastics may be impressive but he needs to work on moves that involve other wrestlers . Okumura is a solid base for the other luchadors but the most interesting thing about him is his wife . Shimoda still looks great and really seems to be enjoying herself . The main is probably the best singles match that CMLL has to offer . It was very good but did not deliver up to my heightened expectations . Matches worth watching : Blue Panther Jr. & Henare vs. Ephesto & Will Ospreay , Hechicero & OKUMURA vs. Maximo Sexy & Stuka Jr. , Atlantis, David Finlay, Hiroshi Tanahashi, KUSHIDA & Ryusuke Taguchi vs. Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI, EVIL, SANADA & Tetsuya Naito) & Rush , Juice Robinson, Mistico & Volador Jr. vs. Euforia, Kazuchika Okada & Ultimo Guerrero , Hiromu Takahashi vs. Titan and my top match was Dragon Lee (c) vs. El Barbaro Cavernario ."

[5.0] "There's a raggedness to much of Mexican wrestling that doesn't translate well within the austere, controlled Japanese environment. The difference in social cultures, voluptuousness against restraint and ambiguity, extends itself to the squared circle as well. I am with 'Skrambr0' with his analysis of the main event and the best match of the night, though not close to 4 stars, the six man post-intermission. I was also pleasantly surprised by the third match as Maximo looked sharper than he typically does in Japan and Stuka was a quality 'fall guy' for the contest. All four guys in the two high-profile singles bouts worked hard, but neither match compelled me outside the charisma of watching four high-talents show-off their moves. 5. 5 rounded down"
