[8.0] "CHIKARA's second WrestleMania Weekend show of 2017 took place on a busy day for wrestling, as numerous other great events - including WWE's NXT TakeOver: Orlando and ROH's Supercard of Honor - were also happening. While that no doubt played a role in CHIKARA's crowd looking a bit sparse, the attendees were treated to a show that held its own against the major players. Notably, the main event between Mantis and JFDC told a good story leading up to a somewhat surprising major title change, the four-way tag eliminator was the kind of great fun you can count on from CHIKARA's multi-participant matches, and we got a very nice surprise in the form of a technical showcase as Quack stepped out from the booth to challenge the visiting ZSJ. A very good show to help round out the year's biggest wrestling weekend."

[10.0] "What a great card! Mantis/Juan may just be my MOTY to date, awesome action and stupendous story with no way to tell who the victor would be. Quack/Sabre was a wonderful surprise and a fantastic match, and the four way tag match wasn't far behind. Surprise change of the YLC as well in another great match. This 'Mania weekend show seriously delivered."
