[8.0] "The opener Candice LeRae vs. Trent was a fun (**1/2). ACH vs. Trevor Lee (**). The next match was Matt Sydal vs. Pete Dunne who was pretty fun with some cool stuff in the match (***). Death By Elbow vs. reDragon was okay match (**1/4). Then Adam Cole vs. Chuck Taylor was pretty awesome with a massive pop at the end (***1/2). Cobb/Riddle vs. The Young Bucks this match was amazing, one of the best match on the show! (****1/4). The main event with Sabre (c) and Scrull for the PWG World Title was also pretty amazing. Nothing like the tag team match (****). Overall a pretty awesome show."
[5.0] "The second and third matches suffered from performers not shining in the manner we're accustomed to seeing. Perhaps ACH was trying to tone-down the schtick that may have caused his departure from PWG in the past, but in doing-so he came off not brash, but rather nervous. So much so that Excalibur mentioned it on-commentary. By this time in late '16, I think Trevor's PWG momentum has also come to a halt though I'm more confident his mojo will return. Someone whose mojo may have been affected by jetlag was P Dunne who I felt came-off more unremarkable & uncharismatic than I have ever seen him. Too many of P Dunne's matches have him bullying his opponent like a prick from a Midlands schoolyard in a Shane Meadows flick. I see Dunne and I think economic/emotional deprivation. In pro-wrestling that's cool b/c it's a different slice of life. Here he wasn't at all vibrant and it hurt the match. Sydal is Sydal... he works very hard in PWG but injuries & age have taken away his ability to be spectacular. I will always hold him in high regard for the memories he gave me when I was attending PWG in 2005, but it's 2017, he's lived hard, and it shows. Someone who I enjoy much more now than I did in '06 is Chuck Taylor who was irresponsibly pushed by Ian Rotten, like the Thomaselli's/A Cannon before him, but now he's super-entertaining. Who else would pirouette about the ring w/ such pinache when announced his encounter w/ Cole was a #1 contenders match? It was a fun ten minutes w/ Excalibur tickling Cole's stomach 'fat, ' and Chuck lowering himself to suck/bite Cole's dick to hit a second 'Awful Waffle, ' and pick up the surprising win to mega-pop the PWG faithful. Of tonight's card I had four matches at three stars +, but not one bout past 3 1/4, but no bout lower than 2. Thus, as a package the show's a 5. 75 of which I am rounding down because for PWG this was a weak show and I think the board's current rating of 7. 60 is too high."
[9.0] "Top to bottom a very good show . People talk about how great a year Hero had , and he did , but Scurll had an excellent year as well . He is an excellent base for somewhat flashier wrestlers to perform with . I would rate nothing on this card below very good . ACH and Lee also had an outstanding bout . Matches worth watching : all of then and my top match was Zack Sabre Jr. (c) vs. Marty Scurll ."

[5.0] "Candice/Trent was a really fun opener, best singles match of the night (***1/2), Trevor/ACH started out well, but then sadly dragged down (**), Sydal/Dunne was very disappointing, they are both really good & for whatever reason their match never clicked (*), DBE/reDRagon was really good, borderline great (***3/4), Cole/Taylor was meh, Chuckie winning was a fun moment though (*), Cobb & Riddle vs. The Bucks was easily the best match of the night - an absolutely amazing tag match (****1/2), the main event between ZSJ & Scurll was a very bad version of the match they would go on & have in RevPro a month later (*). Overall the show had 1 outstanding, must see match (Cobb & Riddle vs. The Bucks), 2 really good ones (Candice vs. Trent + Death By Elbow vs. reDRagon), one OK, yet forgettable one (Trevor vs. ACH) & then 3 bad matches (Sydal vs. Dunne, Chuckie T vs. Cole + ZSJ vs. Scurll)."
[8.0] "Another good PWG show, featuring the best match Marty Scurll and Zack Sabre Jr. have had with each other. The semi main tag came to life when Jeff Cobb was tagged in and ran riot, Chuck Taylor got a very popular win, and we got a super fun opener with Candice and TRENT? ."
[9.0] "Another fantastic show from PWG. Heard the crowd was weaker than usual but it was only a problem during the main event. Very easy watch. Trent vs Candice was a super fun opener with a tremendous story of Trent not wanting to attack Candice ***3/4. ACH vs Lee was a high energy, fun match ***3/4. Dunne vs Sydal was good ***1/4. DBE vs ReDragon was good but went way longer than needed ***1/2. Cole vs Chuckie T was really fun. Massive pop for the Chuck win ***3/4. Bucks vs Cobb/Riddle was a really great fun tag ****. Sabre vs Scurll was absolutely incredible, on par with their recent RPW match. Even with a weak crowd this shined trough with its intensity ****3/4"
