[5.0] "A decent and relatively easy to watch episode of Wrestling Challenge here. The opening match with the tag showing from Bob Orton Jr. and Magnificent Muraco was my favourite part of the show. The Machines segment sucked, and was my least favourite thing of the episode. Jake Roberts ruled here, cutting a great promo during an interview and then also had his Snake Pit with Honky Tonk Man. I expected this to be worse going in."

[3.0] "Another typical squash match show from the '80s. The Snake Pit with The Honky Tonk Man was kind of fun as they were still trying to push Honky Tonk Man as a babyface. The rest was filler nonsense."

[4.0] "Not the best episode. Some fun squashes, the Butch Reed one was the best followed by the Orton/Muraco tag, but the Hillbilly Jim match was really bad, and the Kamala match wasn't much better. On the plus side, very good commentary! Gorilla Monsoon: What kind of language does Kamala understand? Bobby Heenan: Lunch."
