[4.0] "This show felt mailed in until the Goldberg segment at the end, despite the opener, Big E/Sheamus, and cruiserweight match being good. Tons of filler on this show and questionable booking like Neville losing to Bo Dallas and Bayley jobbing to Dana."

[6.0] "A mediocre episode of Raw, heavily boosted by the breathtakingly great return of Goldberg. A special moment that had viewers on a high, perfectly saved for the main event (I was worried they'd open the show with him and it'd peter out from there)"

[5.0] "Once again we get low ratings for what was a decent show because too many wrestling fans are morons who only care about oh holy s*** moments. The concept that those moments should mostly be for PPV's, since more fans from around the world supposedly watch, while the weekly shows are primarily for building up to the next PPV seems to be lost on most fans. Also SD is doing a slightly better job of building up to the PPV's than RAW. Dana beating Bailey was a surprise but they are trying to setup a feud between the 2 women and feuds where one person wins all the matches suck. Even though Dana botched the finished I'm not complaining this time and I'm sure Bailey will win a rematch. Not sure what Bo Dallas beating Neville was about but maybe setting something up between them later on? Good promo by Goldberg, probably his best. Decent show overall and not as bad as many are saying."

[5.0] "Is proper English so difficult? I can forgive the kid for the 'Your Next' poster but a 49 yr old man said, "Thank you for my humble return. " I would think he meant 'humbling, ' but does he realize that Vinny Mac and other detractors could laugh in his face by calling his own return to wrestling after 14 years, humble? ! And, of course, the kids in Germany are just dyin for a Jewish hero. Of the two locations, of course strategically decided upon, he stated the location of his upcoming encounter with Lesnar and Germany? ! What (wrestling) history does Goldberg have in Germany? Nevertheless, I found him to be very sweet & warm-hearted and quite charming due to the fact that everything he offered felt organic and not just coming from a cue card or script. Likewise, Rusev has an intuitive understanding that he's in the entertainment business and thus approaches his 'heavy' character w/ a lightness of spirit that's refreshing. Contrast G & R to Sasha B whose stiffness and too self-aware pragmatism makes her a bit unlikable. In my comments of last week's Raw I mentioned a frustration I had with Heyman's recent monologues but I found tonight to be an improvement... perhaps it was the different setting/cadence. JericKO continue their path to dissolution; it's happening fast but not too and has been well-thought out. Outside that there's a lot of doggy-doo here much of it centered around McMahon/HHH favorites (ie. D Brooke/Bo) being pushed over more folksy favorites (Bailey/Neville. )"

But also the episode locked itself in one on major feud contested between two wrestlers I just don't find that special. It was a fine show but is only about an average of sevem."

[3.0] "I'm not excited for Goldberg/Lesnar match, but that return was great. Awesome promo, awesome reaction from the crowd and perfect atmosphere throughout the segment. And that was like the only good thing about this week's Raw. And there was a solid match between Jericho and Rollins, too. But that's it. Too much filler - pointless six man tags with Titus; Bayley is losing again and has already lost all the hype since debuting on the main roster, Gallows and Anderson are being burried, Neville doesn't even do Red Arrow in his matches anymore, and by far the worst thing - they are not hyping HIAC matches at all! Everbody is making jokes instead of beign scared of putting their body on the line inside the cell, and women are actually fine with the fact that Mick Foley gave them that kind of match as a REWARD! Come on people."

[2.0] "2 points for Goldberg. What a return and what an impassioned, genuine speech. Best promo he's ever done in his entire career and he seemed genuinely thrilled to be back. I was surprised. The rest of the show..... FUCK. What hot garbage. Karl Anderson losing quickly to Big Cass? Terrible. Bo fucking Dallas pinning Neville? TERRIBLE. Dana Brooke botching the finish of her match and thus pinning Bayley clean with minimal offense in 4 minutes? Inexcusable. Dana should be sent back down to NXT immediately. She's an embarrassment and this one botch genuinely cost Bayley any shred of credibility. The rest of the show felt like absolute filler. Rusev was entertaining in his segment on the bright side, but even that was ruined by Roman Reigns. Aside from Goldberg, this show was lousy. Raw remains unwatchable garbage."

[5.0] "This was an okay show. Rollins Vs Jericho was the only good match at ***1/2. Six man tag was next at ***. Everything else was **1/2 - DUD. The Rusev and Roman Reigns segment was nice and built up their match well. Goldberg returning was easily the highlight of the show. It also built Goldberg Vs Lesnar very well."

[0.0] "The worst Raw I've seen in a long time, actually overrated here, in my opinion. Rollins/Jericho is more or less a replay of last week's match, six man tag was horrible and pointless, Big E/Sheamus was bland, Neville jobs to Bo Dallas, Bayley jobs to Dana Brooke (which was supposed to be a dirty win but because Dana botches everything, it was clean), Braun destroys some locals and faces off with Sami Zayn, who will likely be fed to the big guy, Cass (who I like but isn't very good) kicks Machine Gun's ass in a boring squash, and the main event is the exact opposite of how the cruiserweight division should be booked right now. A failure on every level aside from a 40 something year old's promo, which was passable, but still not enough to recommend this show on any level."

[0.0] "When you thought it couldn't get any worse they produce one of their worst booked shows this year. Rollins vs Jericho... again, a pointless six man tag, Bo beating Neville, Dana beating Bayley, Zayn challenging Strowman, Cruiserweights getting shoved into Tag action again and a 49 year olds return. Why should we be excited for Goldberg vs Lesnar? Lesnar matches haven't been exciting for ages. A terribly booked show from start to finish, not utilising their best wrestlers properly, quite frankly last night was a disgrace to wrestling."

"RAW was finally good after a few weeks. Some good matches and all leading up to the GOOOOOLDBERGG return. Crowd was great all night and especially during his return. Member Denver? Member Goldberg? Member? Y2J continues to prove why he is one of the greatest performers. Zayn vs Strowman next week? Oh man."
