Just look at that card, and everything was built so well, from the first match to the main event (which is still the greatest match of all time). People wondered how New Japan would recover from losing two top stars in 2016 (Styles & Nakamura), but they built Kenny and Naito so well that year that they only had 1000 or so less people in attendance in the Dome. This was the show that sent New Japan into the stratosphere and set the wrestling world on fire, mainly because of that main event, but everything else was must see too. WK11 had went basically viral for how much buzz there was around it at the time, and New Japan just kept going and ruled the wrestling world until the COVID pandemic hit. Obviously the main event is the greatest bout of all time, but the IC title match was remarkable and the NEVER match was as good as any NEVER match ever. Just probably my favorite show ever. Blessed to have seen this live as it was something with levels I don't know if I'll ever see again. This made NJPW Global! |

Danach wurde die Show immer besser, und am Ende hat sie in Höhepunkt erreicht. Die letzten 2 Stunden waren einfach fantastisch. Für viele Leute war der Main Event einer der besten Kämpfe aller Zeiten! Für mich natürlich auch die Höchst Note, wenn auch nicht mein Favorit aller Zeiten. Dafür war die erste halbe Stunde doch etwas zu lang. Die letzten 15 Minuten waren dann mit das beste, was ich je im Wrestling gesehen habe |
