[9.0] "Excellent night of wrestling . The second half of the card was awesome . No bad matches and the only real skippable match was the dark match . The only problem with the main is that it was outshone by the Tag Title match which was excellent . My top match was Jimmyz (Jimmy Kagetora & Jimmy Susumu) (c) vs. VerserK (Naruki Doi & Shingo Takagi . They teased a Doi face turn after the match ."
[7.0] "I was fortunate to find a 'family minus-one' under market value ticket so I was in a good mood throughout the show. DG legitimately outsold NJPW's show by at least a 1000 tickets and its set-up with lasers/a disco ball and a proper ring ramp made NJPW look second-class. Syachi's well-liked but again Mondai looked no-good in the dark match. The opener was aimless and put-together so rookies could fly about in their harmless cute way and Lindy can start to receive his push. Cyber/J. Kness was nothing. The pungence of emotion started to flare prior to Tozawa speaking in the traditional post-second match 'Dream Gate' interview and would clearly return. Eita's top-rope moonsault over the top NE buckle was pointed straight at me so I had flashbacks to his almost near-death from WMania weekend '13. I never took Yasshi as a serious challenger so this too meant nothing. The post with Lindy was tops though cause I'll see a lot of it live. The triangle gate wasn't anything special though I very much dug S Maria's nearfall of slap-kiss-Neraiuchi that almost pinned Saito. The second half reeled off a trio of very good to great tovery good. The eight-man was constant movement in which everyone got their chance to shine. The Twin Gate reminded why it's no gimmick that Doi is 'Mr. Twin Gate. ' Y's inconsistent knee work, from left to right, left T confused of how to sell and Y's ankle hold - why? But the final few and the post-match almost moved me to tears. 7. 5 rnd down b/c of 1st half."
[9.0] "Excellent show. Prelim matches were fine, but the real show started with the Brave Gate title match. Eita/Yasshi was "just" really good, because Yasshi fucking sucks. It's beyond belief for me that anyone on the DG roster is not able to have a great match with Eita. (***). Triangle Gate title match was very good, especially last few minutes (*** 1/2). Otaku Special 8 man tag was my personal MOTN and it was fucking awesome. Just an insane match with unbelievably fast pace (**** 1/2). But then we had Susumu and Kagetora vs Shingo and Doi, and this was just as good as the previous match, even though this was completely different. Finishing stretch was just unbelievable (**** 1/2). The main event was the 3rd excellent match in the row, even though I personally found to previous ones a little bit better. But I loved the story Yamato and Tozawa told and while it was not as good Shingo/Mochizuki or Shingo/Yamato, it was still an awesome Dream Gate title match. Post-match was very emotional as well. Overall, this was a phenomenal show, with last 3 matches all being must-see. All big DG shows this year delivered big time."
[8.0] "The trios titles match and 4vs4 match that had Flamita in it were all fun, the tag titles match is my tag team moty ****1/4 stars, and YAMATO vs Tozawa was a very emotional ride, ****1/4 stars. Everything else was decent, but nothing worth goimg out of your way to see."
[9.0] "This was a great show. The dark match was what it was (*), the opening tag match was fast paced, the young boys keep on impressing me (**1/2), Cyber Kong vs Jimmy K-Ness was bad (*), Eita vs YASSHI was better than I expected, YASSHI looked decent here (***), Jimmyz vs Tribe Vanguard for the Triangle Gate Titles was very good (***1/2), the 8 man tag was insane, Dragon Kid and Masaaki Mochizuki do the most impossible stuff for their age, and Peter Kaasa is inhuman (***3/4), the Twin Gate title bout between Jimmyz and Verserk was great as expected (****), and Tozawa vs YAMATO was an emotional ride, Tozawa was really motivated here, YAMATO's leg work on Tozawa was great, great finishing stretch (****1/2)"
