"Samurai Sports TV devoted thirty-five minutes of a two hour Stardom episode to this short Shin-Kiba performance of which only clipped versions of the last three matches were shown. The chief purpose, by far, was to build the three title matches thatwould be fought for at Shinjuku Face on the fifth of August. Although a past-her-prime Yoneyama is still the best woman within the five-way it's sagacious of Stardom to have the two up-and-coming native stars win as so they can participate in the 5star Grand Prix. Shanna displayed quality fire and determination during her post-match interview claiming she will go back to Portugal with the SWA World Title. (Again, very little of the match was aired. ) Chelsea did her best in trying not to be 'cute' or act like a seventeen yr old who realizes she's beautiful, in asserting she will walk out of Shinjuku with Kairi's belt. Nice big win for the adorable (ha-ha... I realize I just criticized Chelsea for allowing her looks to too often dominate the audience's perception of her as a model-athlete, {not a model athlete} and here I'm objectifying Kris as adorable... but she is, and she's from Chicago so I have to favor her a tad, ) Kris Wolf on a small stage. A final parting shot - based on her ring gear, does Kyoko Kimura really enjoy weed or is it just a gimmick? !
