| 2 | 25.02.2017 | arrancar | 6.0 | Another alright episode of Impact. Matt vs EC3 was alright. Matt and EC3 were both very entertaining pre-match. Matt’s brawling was good, and EC3 was a good babyface as he staged a few fiery comebacks to Matt's control periods while selling his leg quite well. ***. Allie was very entertaining in the Madison and Maria segment. Gail vs Madison was surprisingly solid, considering this was a Knockouts match. **1/4. Rosemary’s backstory vignette was pretty overdramatic and silly, but I’m at least interested in where her storyline with Bram leads to. Moose vs Starr was a nice squash match that highlighted Moose’s impressive strength and size. The Moose and Lashley match tease was great, and I’m very excited for when they finally face off. Lashley vs DJ Z was pretty good. DJ Z is strong on mic and comes off as a great babyface underdog. I liked DJ Z’s speed, high flying, and in-ring intelligence countering Lashley’s raw strength. The ladder spots were all pretty strong too. ***1/4. Galloway and EC3’s backstage promo was another good setup for their feud. Drake’s Fact of Life promo with Storm was great. Drake remains incredibly entertaining, and Storm did well to aggravate Drake over various silly matters. The Monsters Ball match had some cool spots but was too quick. **1/4. Bennett vs Galloway was okay but mostly a storyline heavy match, although I didn’t mind the storylines that were focussed on and developed here. **3/4 |

EC3/Matt was GREAT, the hilarious pre-match promo was amazing and the match itself showcased once more the fantastic chemistry these two have. Gail/Madison was enjoyable for what it was, Gail's storyline is pretty engaging. Moose/Starr was about as good a semi-squash as you will see, Starr looked good in small moments and Moose looked like a beast. Zema/Lashley was MOTN definitely and honestly it's one of the more entertaining matches I have seen all year, both guys pulled out some crazy stuff I never saw before. BroMans/Decay was solid, though I am kind of tired of Abyss at this point. Bennett/Galloway was an ok main event, not that amazing but it advanced the story well. Really enjoyed this episode overall. |

Drumherum viel zu viel Big time-Feeling für ein Weekly. Das Pensum kann man nicht halten. Lashley als X-Division-Champ sabotiert eine ganze Devision. Schade drum. Das Segment im Opener ist ok, aber für eine befriedigende Show reichen dazu die eher durchschnittlich bis schwachen Matches auch nicht. |

| 6 | 31.07.2016 | MAGICIAN | 7.0 | Anfangssegment göttlich, bessere Comedy geht nicht. Fast gestorben vor lachen. Opener echt gut (*** 1/4). Segment mit Allie immer wieder unterhaltend. Die Damen waren grenzwertig okay. Es folgt eine Ansage von Bennett & Moose und ein verstörendes Segment mit Rosemary und Bram. Moose squasht Starr. Das Ladder Match war auch solide (***). Weiter mit noch einem verstörenden Bram/Rosemary Clip, folgt ein wie immer grandioses Fact of Life. Das Hardcore Match gefiel mir ebenfalls (*** 1/4). Der ME war dann ebenfalls in Ordnung, Finish gut gemacht in Bezug auf die Galloway/EC3 Storyline (** 3/4). Insgesamt sind das dann 6, 75 von 10 Punkten - "sehr solide". |
