Le deuxième Hell in a Cell oppose Kevin Owens à Seth Rollins.

[6.0] "Decent show overall with all three cell matches being good. Reigns/Rusev was a good brawl that went on a little bit too long (***1/2), Rollins/Owens was great filled with great exchanges and spots (****), Charlotte/Banks was a good match, but the stretcher spot, the flat finish, and a few things that went against them - like tables refusing to break - prevented what would have been an awesome match, but as it stands it was a good cell match. (***1/2)"

[7.0] "In true WWE fashion they ensure that what could have beenaan historic main event was diluted by having three of the same gimmick matches on the same card . Overall it was a good show with no bad matches . As usual the announcing is to the shows detriment . As for the main it was a very good match . These two women are very good but not elite workers on the level of top flight or really most Joshi workers . What they both have that is truly unique is main event charisma and personas . Matches worth watching : Roman Reigns (c) vs. Rusev , Big Cass & Enzo Amore vs. Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows , TJ Perkins (c) vs. Brian Kendrick , The New Day (Big E & Xavier Woods) (w/Kofi Kingston) (c) vs. Cesaro & Sheamus , Sasha Banks (c) vs. Charlotte Flair and my top match was Kevin Owens (w/Chris Jericho) (c) vs. Seth Rollins ."

[6.0] "The rating is for the entire show but this commentary covers the matches not 'recommended, ' and with just including these the rating is a 4. Bailey/Dana wasn't as much of a trainwreck as expected but the match had zero heat and there wasn't even much of a pop for Bailey's victory. I have been told by the two most-over tag teams in WWE that Gallows/Anderson are generic and dull and without any memorable matches or victories I can't differ. By that same token, I don't understand why Enzo/Big Cass can't ever win a big PPV match both in WWE and NXT. I get that they're shoddy in-ring but on-the-mic they're often the most charismatic acts of the Raw brand and should be protected a little more as to encourage the people to buy their merchandise. The cruiserweight division is in tatters and by this booking the character ofT J Perkins is currently the saddest excuse for a competitive athlete I've seen in '16. Likewise, Kota Ibushi worked this weekend for NXT while a sapped-up (he and Sydal have the same wiry muscles/over-aged skin) uninspiring B Kendrick is the division's champ. The match itself was fine, even pretty good, but the storyline is atrocious. Once I saw that X Woods would wrestle for his team I knew the New Day weren't outright winning this match, but also, due to them most likely 'breaking-the-streak, ' I thought a count-out/DQ was in the cards."

[6.0] "Two of the three Cell matches - Charlotte vs. Sasha and Owens vs. Rollins - were well done, told good stories and are very much worth seeking out, and it was cool to see the women get the main event slot. The opening Cell match between Rollins vs. Rusev wasn't really bad, but seemed to drag quite a bit in places. On the undercard, TJP vs. Kendrick for the Cruiserweight Title was a solid match that suffered from a largely-dead crowd, and the rest was largely filler. Not a bad show, but the product is being creatively stretched thin by the the post-brand extension PPV schedule and it's really starting to show."

[7.0] "It's a good event, I did not have any expectations but the three Hell in a Cell matches are enjoyable even if they are too much softened for the PG-era. Kevin Owens vs Seth Rollins has some nice ideas and I like to see Chris Jericho as a part of the match. Charlotte vs Sasha Banks isn't the groundbreaking HIAC match they promoted, it still has something good like the tribute to Eddie Guerrero. The only match that did not work as it should is the Cruiserweight one, the crowd was not interested at all."

[5.0] "It was a solid PPV, but it could've been better. I'd call only Rollins/Owens match great (****) while other weren't that good, except for Banks/Charlotte which was really good (***3/4). Rusev/Reigns was solid, but boring at times (**3/4), Bayley/Dana was not good (*1/2), the tag match with Club was ok (**), CW match was just unspectacular (**1/4) and the Tag Title match was good (***)"

[4.0] "Very average show. Owens/Rollins was great and Charlotte/Sasha was pretty good, but the rest was either mediocre or just bad. Bayley/Dana was just terrible (DUD), Rusev/Reigns was a solid brawl that just went on for too long and had a shitty ending (** 1/4). The tag match was just there (* 3/4), TJP/Kendrick was a well worked match with NO heat (** 1/2). Tag title match was good and at the end it was getting great, but then that fucking ending happened (***). Charlotte/Sasha had a lot of flaws and botches, but I really liked the match, I think those two delivered. But then again, terrible ending (*** 1/4). Owens/Rollins was easily a MOTN, just a great match with some excellent spots and a good story. This would be one of the best WWE matches of the year if it wasn't for Y2J's interference and the anticlimatic ending (****). Overall this was not a terrible show, but a lot of the matches were just not that good and booking was very questionable."

[1.0] "Probably one of the least enjoyable shows I've watched this year alone. The booking was very questionable especially the Tag Title result as Cesaro & Sheamus would make great champs as I really hate New Day's reign. The cage matches were decent but not one match passed the *** mark for me and I didn't enjoy this as a whole."

[3.0] "A pretty weak show overall. Rusev vs. Reigns was an awesome opener, very physical w/ an awesome Reigns performance (***1/2), Bayley/Dana was surprisingly pretty damn solid, ended up being one of the better matches on the show actually (**1/2), Big Cass & Enzo vs. The Good Brothers was solid, yet forgettable (**), Owens/Rollins was trash (*), TJP/Kendrick had no heat & was worked like a random TV match, very disappointing (*), New Day vs. Cesaro & Sheamus was a match that looked pretty fun on paper, but much like TJP/Kendrick, felt like a really forgettable TV match w/ no heat at all (*), the main event between Sasha & Charlotte was fantastic, best HIAC match in a long time (****1/4). The main event was great & Rusev/Reigns was really good, but all the other matches were forgettable."

[6.0] "Decent show. Ratings: {1} Reigns vs Rusev - ***1/4; {2} Bayley vs Dana Brooke - **; {3} Anderson & Gallows vs Enzo & Cass - *3/4; {4} Kevin Owens vs Seth Rollins - ***3/4; {5} The Brian Kendrick vs TJP - **3/4; {6} Sheamus & Cesaro vs The New Day - ***1/4; {7} Charlotte vs Sasha Banks - ***1/4. This must be the first WWE produced show in quite awhile that has lacked a match I considered four stars. However, the three HIAC matches were fun bouts, nothing spectacular, but, nonetheless, fun. The tag title match was also a good match, yet nothing you should go out of your way to track down, though. Bayley/Dana and A&G vs E&C were both bad, boring matches. The Crusierweight title match failed to deliver, both men turning in a good performances that were, unfortunately, not enough to win the crowd over on a free falling division that badly needs turning around. Overall, the show was watchable most of the way through, but did nothing to create any classic moments you will go back to in five, ten years time despite the "historic" main event."

[2.0] "Not a lot of functioning brains on this website. Apart from Owens vs Rollins, this show sucked. Reigns vs Rusev didn't deserve the cell, their feud should of ended weeks ago, yet they drag it out to make Rusev look like a complete and utter fool. The Women's match was nowhere near ****+, the match felt uncreative & cheap. Charlotte slamming Sasha's back on the chair was brutal, apart from that nothing stood out, the table spots sucked, the rest was a cheap spotfest, they tried but they failed. The rest of the card didn't really matter."

[9.0] "In my opinion this is the best Hell in a Cell in recent years. Yes, weak matches were a bit much, but the thematic level. Roman and Rusev disappointed, no interaction between them. Cage them was simply not needed and put for show (** 1/2). Owens and Rollins also showed a worthy spectacle, albeit it a little spoiled Jericho (****1/4). But Sasha Banks and Charlotte showed a masterpiece, even though all botches who attended. The women tried and did not spare himself, each technique looked like the last. God, these brutal collision, I have not seen even among men. But when the sign for more open access to it. The match, in a word, a masterpiece (**** 1/2). And even more than half the match was frankly dull, but the show dragged emotions. Very, very dignified."

[6.0] "Just a really frustrating show, as per usual for the WWE now. Owens/Rollins was pretty great (****), but the rest either suffered from seeming inconsequential (tag title match ends in DQ AGAIN, cruiserweights are treated like the new divas, etc. ), or bad booking calls (Reigns/Rusev was mostly punching and went for way too long, Women's title has a dumb pre-match brawl where Sasha supposedly injured her back so bad she can't compete, but then competes anyways without back selling, title switches hands AGAIN, etc. ). My girlfriend's toddler could make better booking calls. The crowd sucking didn't help and the silent reaction to Charlotte's win wasn't one of shock, but more of a "really, guys? " moment that once again just made the whole show feel flat. Solid in ring, but this company continues to seem insistent on sabotaging itself."

[5.0] "Just a bland show for a bland brand. Reigns & Rusev went through the motions for 25 minutes and put over Roman way more than necessary (as usual), **3/4 at best, and I'm a big fan of Rusev. Bayley vs Brooke went pretty short and Bayley can't do much with Dana, **. Club vs Enzo & Cass was basically nothing, **1/4. Owens vs Rollins was actually really hot and didn't have the interference aspect ruin the pace and flow of it all; pretty great match, between ***3/4 and ****. Perkins & Kendrick were in the death slot and not one person in the building believed Kendrick's ruse except Perkins (who the crowd doesn't give a fuck about); a tad better than their first match, and I'm really happy THE Brian Kendrick is a champion, ***1/4. Tag Title match was solid at first, kept building up strong, started feeling rushed, and showed why with the sudden odd dusty finish; a sad, deflating finish on a great-trending match much like Cesaro & Sheamus's Bo7 Series Final, ***1/2. The main event basically tried to do as much as possible to make the match an epic and kind of failed; the powerbomb through the table and many other spots Sasha took were brutal, but the long time it took for the stretcher spot to happen, plus the weird pacing, plus the mediocre and underwhelming finish, it just didn't come together well. Probably their 2nd-best match together on the main roster after their first Raw Title match, but it just got booked into something forced and had a few botches (plus a kind of silly Three Amigos thrown in there from Sasha, they are REALLY pushing the Eddie thing), ***1/2. Universal Title match was great, but the rest of the card was either poor, or held back heavily by poor booking, much like Raw. Also, no reason why Zayn vs Strowman wasn't on this card."

Really, really good show. All of the HIAC matches were great. Bayley/Brooke and Club/Enzo, Cass were both bad matches. Very good CW title match and tag match. Overall 9/10."

[6.0] "Weak event. Reigns vs Rusev was nothing special for a HIAC, without the hot crowd this would've been really dull. Reigns being superman also left a bad taste in my mouth, still a fine opener ***1/4. Brooke vs Bayley **. Club vs Enzo/Cass **1/2. Owens vs Rollins was a great cell match. Eve with Jericho coming in I thought all men looked strong. Really fun stuff and loved the intensity ****. Kendrick vs TJP was fine. Glad Kendrick won ***. Tag title match was decent. Raw match was way better **3/4. Sasha vs Charlotte was good. Could've been better as it was not very smooth and some booking decisions were bad. Still enjoyable, second best of the night, really the only notable match ***3/4"
