While there where some good matches they where all under ten minutes . In facvt this was a near four hour show and there could not have been two hours of wrestling . It also featured possible the worst match I have ever seen in the tag battle royal which by the way was the longest match on the show . This match featured Canek , admittedly passed his prime , Tanaka and Hidaka . How can they possibly be in one of the worst matches in history ? That's AAA. Lady Apache blew the finish twice in a match she was not even in . Chavo and Akebono where legit hurt . Matches worth watching : Aja Kong vs. Faby Apache , Mary Apache vs. Yuki Miyazaki , Dr. Wagner Jr. vs. Naomichi Marufuji , Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Taiji Ishimori , Johnny Mundo vs. Pentagon Jr. and my top match was Team Mexico Internacional (Dr. Wagner Jr. , Dragon Azteca Jr. & Rey Mysterio Jr. ) vs. Team USA Lucha Underground (Cage, Chavo Guerrero Jr. & Johnny Mundo) (w/Dario Cueto) ."

[5.0] "Though made-up of the same line-ups this Night 2 of '16's AAA L Libre W Cup spiritually & politically feels different because of the gutsy decision to put over the Americans on both of the top Team Mexico squads. Each of the victorious heels got a singles victory on a Mexico star and I'm sure the average Mexican fan would find that offensive. (... as offensive as M Santos's lack of effort to properly pronounce Japanese wrestler's names, ie. Asia Kong - like Bernardo Osuna of ESPN's FNFights, extra attention is given to dramatize and overly enunciate each sensual quality of the Hispanic's name, and none is given to other ethnicities... ) What bothered me about the show besides the too-hectic camera work and rough in-ring work, was that this concept is built around trios matches and yet more than half of the denouncements came from (bullcrap - never challenged w/ all draws) 'Sudden-Death' singles bouts. Regarding performances, nothing surprisingly stood out though I enjoyed watching the Apache squad work more than I thought I would. Of the foreigners Tanaka, Taniguchi and Team LU worked the best at selling for the Mexicans; in the battle royal, b/c La P can't do anything else... certainly not take a DDT bump, Tanaka did three straight scoop-twisting backbreakers. For P Jr. 's sake it is imperative that he gets his win back, but any hope of cashing in-on the nationalistic pride that was so often hit upon with those extended videos might have been dashed with AAA's financial issues."
