[5.0] "Basically, a pretty solid B-tier PPV with moments that dip just above and below the average quality mark. The 'Big Men' matchups, in particular, come across as downright weak. The bouts featuring Kane, Henry, and Big Daddy V, as well as the stuff with The Great Khali, are anything but impressive. On top of that, despite a talented roster, there's a women's match in the final third of the show that's far too short. If you don't take the ladies seriously, you might as well skip it altogether. The opener is okay, and Michaels vs. Kennedy is on a comparable level, though that's rather disappointing given the potential. Triple H and Jeff Hardy just don't have the right chemistry, even if the effort is there. The title matches for the two major belts are actually okay. Orton vs. Jericho, however, suffers significantly from the lousy finish, and the Mainer, on the one hand, gets short shrift and, on the other, doesn't really push the limits. Basically, the show is booked plausibly based on the card, but the options given to the protagonists simply aren't a good starting point for putting together an exciting event. And that's exactly what they fail to do. A mid-tier event where the untapped potential is palpable in almost every aspect."

[8.0] "A fantastic way to end the year with a couple of great matches, where Finlay vs Khali was the only underwhelming one, but still it wasn't as horrendous as you would think. The opener was a great midcard match with MVP and Rey finding a good chemistry between each other, while the ECW Tag Team Match was a pleasant surprise with even Viscera and Henry looking pretty decent. And then Michaels got out of Kennedy his best match yet with a fantastic psychology of Shawn working on the heels arm, which played a big part in the finish, while Triple H and Hardy produced a great underdog performance from Jeff with a brilliant beginning that set the tone for the rest of the bout. Also Orton vs Jericho was very good and it was nice to see Y2J back who refreshed himself a little bit and the main event could have been little better, but it still was solid and Edge really excelled there with his chicken shit heel work. A really good show, a lot of good matches and a great pacing throughout the whole thing."

[6.0] "This show was a rather consistent one, and that's what makes it enjoyable. There are definitely some duds here and there, but they're kind of matches you expect to be bad, so they don't let you down. The rest of the card is consistent with quality. It makes for an engaging show throughout. While I wouldn't quite say this is a legendary PPV event, it's definitely one of the best of 2007, and one you won't be let down by anytime you throw it on."

[9.0] "This show is really damn underrated, other than Khali vs Finlay which was rubbish as expected it's full of good matches and a bit of a sleeper PPV."

[8.0] "Super underrated show, there's not a truly bad match on here besides Finlay v Khali. Rey vs MVP is a super decent opener for the show, Michaels/Kennedy is borderline psychological in the best way, Hardy vs HHH tells an amazing story, Orton vs Jericho is a good match save the crap ending and the WHC triple threat is a f**king great triple threat match! Why the hell isn't it on the match guide? It's fun, frantic, Edge plays a conniving heel perfectly and the freakin Edgeheads debut. What more could you ask here? I'd probably rate it ***3/4 if I had the option to. Overall, just a really good wrestling show. Ends 2007 on a high."

[5.0] "I remember that i enjoyed this PPV when i first watch it back in the day. Rewatched 10 years later for the first time and was really disappointing. Hardy vs. HHH, Kennedy vs. HBK, Y2J vs. Orton and the Main Event are ok, but not worth checking again. The rest of the card is skippable."

[5.0] "I don't like Armageddon 2007 as most of the fans. The main event is good with a Triple Threat match with a huge surprise, but most of the card has cheap endings and fillers that aren't interesting like CM Punk & Kane vs Mark Henry & Big V or Finlay vs Khali. The best matches aren't a must see and the only great moment is at the end. Skippable for the most, it's a huge disappointment for me."
