[4.0] "Apart from the IWGP Junior Title match this show had little to offer. Togi Makabe & Toru Yano -vs- Shinsuke Nakamura & Hirooki Goto [* 1/4], Giant Bernard & Travis Tomko -vs- Hiroshi Tanahashi & Yuji Nagata [*], Ryusuke Taguchi (c) -vs- Wataru Inoue - (IWGP Junior Title) [** 1/2] Inoue has been getting a solid push, but I wouldn't call it deserved. But I guess they want to go with someone new and not the same old guard of junior stars they've used for the top junior spot for way too long. This Taguchi and Inoue bout was a long and epic styled match with a lot of focus on Inoue's shoulder and Taguchi's left knee with holds getting targeted. Not surprisingly there was a lot of dull parts in this, but on the other side it was more thought-out then most of their regular matches. And since this long matches isn't the norm in NJPW it becomes more special. And the excitement did creep in. Both with the submission work of the bodyparts, but also as they were busting out their bigger arsenal and cradles attempts. Koji Kanemoto & Tiger Mask -vs- Yujiro & Tetsuya Naito [* 1/2], Manabu Nakanishi & Takashi Iizuka & Mitsuhide Hirasawa -vs- Steve Madison & Takashi Uwano & Taichi Ishikari [* 1/4], Masahiro Chono & Jushin Liger & Akira -vs- Milano Collection AT & Minoru & Prince Devitt [* 1/2], Riki Choshu & Super Strong Machine -vs- Jado & Gedo [*]"
