[7.0] "This was much better than the last America's X Cup. It seems like Team AAA had more of an idea of how to work with the American style this time around, allowing the matches to flow much better. The show opened with an America's X Cup Round One Match between Teddy Hart and Mr. Aguila, which was quite good despite the baffling choice to work an injury angle of the heel (Hart). Juventud Guerrera then picked up a win over Petey Williams in the best match of the America's X Cup First Round. In the third America's X Cup First Round Match, Johnny Devine put Team Canada back in the lead with a win over Abismo Negro in another good match. The America's X Cup First Round ended with the weakest match of the tournament between Hector Garza and Jack Evans that was still pretty good. The Second Round of the America's X Cup kicked off with a good tag match between Abismo Negro and Juventud Guerrera and Jack Evans and Teddy Hart. The other Second Round Tag Match of the America's X Cup, between Petey Williams and Johnny Devine and Hector Garza and Mr. Aguila, was the match of the night. Team AAA wone the America's X Cup in a good Final Round Elimination Tag Team match over Team Canada. Finally, Kid Kash, David Young, and Glen Gilberti and Insane Clown Posse stunk the joint out in a Dark Carnival Match."

[6.0] "Well it was a good show. Most part of it is dedicated to the second ever America's X Cup, where Team AAA successfully defended the cup against the newly formed Team Canada. All the matches were good and I specially enjoyed Petey Williams and Johnny Devine. I thought they did an amazing performance and put themselves over. Hart did some crazy moves, but as he had to sell the leg injury he didn't do that much. Evans also hit some amazing high flying, but nothing more. On the Mexican side, Garza is the star for me. I love how he taunts the smaller wrestlers and that he is capable of combine high flying (that amazing corskscrew moonsault) with powermoves. Abismo Negro looked much better here than on the first cup. Juvi did his usual good performance and Aguila was fine. My favorite matches where the ones involving Devine, Garza and Williams. The final one was kind of a dissapointment thanks to the referee botching the Hart's elimination. Clearly it was a two count, but he decided to eliminate Hart. Between the matches they showed some video packages with promos. I liked the ones with D'Amore and Team Canada. On the main event, the heel team of Gilberti, Kash and Young defeated the ICP thanks to the help of the returning Monty Brown. The Dark Carnival stipulation had no sense. A hardcore match, interrupted some times with the ICP music and the lights go out. The match as fine I guess, but the main thing was Monty Brown. I'm hyped for his return."

[7.0] "Fun show. The second America's X Cup is entertaining with the usual quality you'd expect from the X division. The Dark Carnival match is okay. Typical hardcore spots. Overall worth watching for the tournament."
