[5.0] "The opener was okay (**1/4). The Addiction vs. Cheeseburger/Liger (**3/4). War Machine (c) vs. The Briscoes for the ROH World Tag Team Titles was good (***). Naito vs. O'Reilly (**3/4). Elgin/Tanahashi vs. Moose/Okada this was a very good match (***1/4). Ishii (c) vs. Fish for the ROH World Television Title (**1/4). Bullet Club vs. MCMG/Matt Sydal/KUSHIDA fun match with a perfect Meltzer Driver to finish the match (***). The main event Lethal (c) vs. Cabana for the ROH World Title ended in a No Contest (**3/4). After the match Adam Cole join the Bullet Club who was amazing to see! The audience went crazy. Not the best show I have seen."

[5.0] "A mediocre show with a few charming moments, but ultimately not enough to carry the show. The TV Title contendership 4-way was decent. Castle's charisma and amateur wrestling was cool and ACH's high flying was great. Nice seeing Castle earn the title-shot. ***. Cheeseburger & Liger vs The Addiction was a typical underdog and master vs evil heel match. Cheeseburger was compelling, Liger was entertaining, and Daniels was a good heel. Very basic work though. **1/2. War Machine vs Briscoes was a basic brawl that lacked intensity for at least half the match until the hard-hitting sequences of the second half. ***. O'Reilly vs Naito was a nice mix of a cocky heel against a serious fighter. Both played their roles well, with Naito looking badass. ***1/4. Tanahashi & Elgin vs Okada & Moose had a real atmosphere to it with the legendary rivalry on display. Moose and Elgin also impressed power-wise. MOTN here. ***1/4-***1/2. Ishii vs Fish was a very basic strong style match but had some nice strikes and power moves later on. Fish felt awkward at times though. ***1/4. The 8-man tag had some good moments but was quite messy and dull at times too. Disappointing considering those involved. ***. Lethal vs Cobana was a very basically worked match. Cobana's comedic style isn't my thing. **1/2. The Bullet Club attack livened things up, and I liked the reveal of Cole joining the BC, but I prefer actual wrestling over soap opera antics, and the 'superkick party' obscured the rest of the show."

[7.0] "Really a pretty good show that was knocked down by the Bullet Club fiasco during the main event . I think they have long since outlived their usefulness . Wrestling could use a moratorium on super kicks since they basically mean nothing now . No bad matches other wise . Matches worth watching : all of them and my top match was Tomohiro Ishii (c) vs. Bobby Fish ."

[7.0] "ACH vs. Page vs. Castle vs. Strong was good. **3/4. Burger & Liger vs the Addition was ok. *3/4. War Machine vs the Briscoes - a great match. Honestly, im not much of a fan of War Machine, but after this match I kind of like Ray Rowe. ***1/2. O’reily vs Naito was a great match between one Japans best and one of Americas best. Also its nice to see O'reily in singles competition as of late, as ive always preferred Kyle O'reily as a singles wrestler. ***1/2. Tanahashi & Elgin vs. Okada & Moose - this was a good match. It had some nice double team moves. Im not to sure what I think of Okada and Moose as a tag team, but they were ok in this match I guess. ***1/4. Ishii vs Fish - Overall I thought the match was good. I liked the brutality of the strikes and the submissions. ***1/4. The 8 man tag - For a Bullet Club match in ROH, this match was pretty disappointing. It wasnt bad, it just wasnt as good as anticipated. ***. Lethal vs Cabanna - I thought the match was good and had some nice moves and dives. And I actually liked the finish of the match, the BC kicking ass (faces) and cleaning house. ***1/4."

[7.0] "Overall, Global Wars 2016 was a good show, but the main event angle really pissed me of. The 4 way match was ok (** 3/4), Liger match was fine (** 1/4), TT title match was really good (*** 1/2) and so was Naito/O'Reilly (*** 1/2). Tanahashi/Okada tag match was very good, altough neither of them actually did a lot (*** 1/2). Ishii/Fish was great, but the crowd didn't react as expected. If this match took place in Osaka or Korakuen Hall, it'd be a 4. 5* match, but here in Chicago it was a *** 3/4 match. The Young Bucks match was a great spotfest, altough not as good as their Anniversary match (*** 3/4). The main event looked really good, but the ending fucking sucked. I get it, it was surprising, people talk about it, the merch numbers will go up, but it was if someone pays 45 dollars, he expects a decisive finish in the main event, not the bullshit like this. Good show, but some horrible booking decision. ROH seems like a secondary promotion when NJPW is in da house, and the main event stuff felt like Nitro 96'. But I guess we should just wait and see what happens."

[7.0] "This was a good show but there wasn't any match that blew me away. The best match was the eight man tag match. The worst match was Cheeseburger and Liger vs. The Addiction but that wasn't a surprise. I wasn't a huge fan of the finish at the end of the main event but I am looking forward to what's going to happen next."

[7.0] "It was much more entertaining show than about wrestling. There are good opener, not bad comedy match's, great tag team match for titles, good match for TV title, good match beetwen Naito and O'Reilly, fast and good 8-man tag team match, and main event... not bad, but not good. Anyway, ending with BC and their new member + 51 superkicks made ending more funnier. Somehow, normal show, but certainly expected more from that card!"

[0.0] "This show was just awful. The opening four corner survival was very uneventful (*), the ThunderBurger vs. Addiction tag match wasn't any better (*), I didn't like the World Tag Title match at all (*), Naito/O'Reilly was a bit better than the first 3 matches, but still bad (*1/4), Moose & Okada vs. Tanahashi & Elgin was meh (**1/4), Fish & Ishii had some good ideas going in their match, but it ended up being bad (*1/2), the 8-man tag was your typical ROH 8-man tag with The Bucks, really, just minus the superkicks (*1/2). The main event actually started off quite well, and I would've really liked to see Lethal & Cabana to have an actual match with an actual ending, but it is what it is (**1/4). All in all, ROH Global Wars 2016 has to be one of the worst major shows that ROH has put on."

[7.0] "It wasn't amazing but set a couple of things for the future of ROH and Bullet Club. Adam Cole joining the club was a smart decision, he is a young talented fellow that deserves main event exposure and I think this is a great opportunity. Let's see how this will affect New Japan, though."

[7.0] "Was a great show. The TV, World Tag and Moose/Okada vs. Tanahashi/Elgin was good matches. And most importantly... ADAM COLE IS THE NEWEST MEMBER OF BULLET CLUB BAYBAY!"

[4.0] "Fairly average show. The finish to the main event left a really sour taste though. Cabana/Lethal was a pretty good match that was ruined by no finish. I like Adam Cole and The Young Bucks, but the finish was a cheap nWo ripoff that went on way too long. Was hoping to see Cabana win the belt in his hometown or at least some sort of finish to the match."

[2.0] "Not a good show by any means tbh and one of ROH's worst as well. The main event was decent till the shitty finish and I get sick and tired of seeing Bullet Club anywhere in wrestling nowadays and seeing the Superkick is annoying. The only matches worth seeing here is the World TV Title match and the World Tag Title match which is why I'm giving this at least 2 points as the other matches are easily skippable and not worth seeing IMO."
