[8.0] "Definitely a very good show but it may have suffered from every match trying to out hot shot the other . The Pentagon match blew the crowd out and it did not recover until the main event . All the matches where good and most where very good . Matches worth watching : all of them and my top match was Sami Callihan (c) vs. Tommaso Ciampa ."
[6.0] "AAW's string of events surpassing expectations comes to a halt with this satisfactory but not top-notch event. The opening match featured two ladies who have been fighting each other on the men's indie circuit for quite sometime, most notably Chikara and Beyond, but here they were just given six minutes. The six way featured men more interested in showing what they can do than winning. I've always thought J Havok is an underwhelming performer, and what she did in contrast to how AAW continually puts her over did nothing to change my mind. Silas's schtick is slowly, finally, getting him cheered and that worked against any babyface hopes Dijak might have had; besides, eight minutes? ! . In a match that went on too long, and received groans by the decision, The Hooligans went over the popular lighthearted threesome. The Lucha brothers got the Pop of the night for their hard-working, solid, but standard affair; AAW made a smart decision to pay for Pentagon Jr to return in July. Juice has yet to learn how to work a US indie crowd, and Elgin can be a little vanilla, so there was little heat for their too long match. It was nice to see the tag titles Not be an afterthought; Fitchett is getting quite good. TC/SC was Very heated but eventually disintegrated into overbooking with run-ins & Ciampa's finisher coming off weak as SC kicked out of three 'Pject. C's. ' That being said, it was quite a spectacle and truly felt like The Main Event. Not bad but I liked Feb-April better. 6. 25"
[8.0] "I had heard very good reviews for this show, and matches like Fenix vs. Pentagon Jr. warrant them, as well as the bulk of Callihan/Ciampa, but other than those, it's a couple of great matches short of those reviews being justified. Dijak/Young was alright, Elgin got pissy for no good reason when his average match with Robinson wasn't getting the reaction he wanted, the tag title match had Moose in it, and the main event got a bit too masturbatory at the end for it to be great. It's the sheer charisma of the AAA/Lucha Underground guys that gets the show this rating."
[8.0] "Another very good show from AAW. The Fenix vs Pentagon Jr. match was a fantastic showcase of their style of wrestling and is yet another addition to the catalog of great matches these two have had. Ciampa vs Callihan was cool as well. A wild brawl that went all over the building and took full advantage of what's possible with AAW's no DQ rule. I was very excited to hear Pentagon Jr. announce at the end of the show that he and Callihan would be having a title match at United We Stand. That's gonna be an awesome match. I eagerly await viewing Killers Amoung Us and being thrilled by AAW once again."
