[5.0] "Pepper/Sozio was an okay opener, keeping a decent pace, but the action was fairly non-descript and the continued push of Sozio is somewhat more baffling than his huge overpush in the first place. Fox/Gacy had fun moments due to the exceptional efforts of AR Fox, but the overprotection of Joe Gacy was extremely annoying, considering his skills are so damn inferior. Tremendous/Beaver was fair but unimaginative, as this matchup has run its course and The Beaver Boys deserve better. Donst/Janela just makes me angry, with a multi-talented worker like Tim Donst getting his title reign cut short for the profit of a goofy hack like Joey Janela, proving again that CZW management are utterly clueless. Excellent/Justice was weird, as Greg Excellent? s motivation for his apparent heel turn away from comedy have never been explained or even foreshadowed, an all-around puzzling storyline. Masada/Rory was an intriguing matchup that showcased their underrated technical acumen, but it is a little sad to not have seen them in a deathmatch setting in the Little Mondo days. Starr/Dunn had the animosity and well-defined roles that befits a grudge match, but I found myself rather detached from the monotone wrestling match, with only the last few minutes of action feeling of interest, but the melodramatic ending lacked sincerity. Tremont/Jeez was stale and without suspense, as they have fought each other for 5 consecutive shows and should really move on to other things. The Trios Match was actually very cool and athletic, having much more substance than expected, and the cold reaction from the crowd is very inappropriate and condescending. Rush/Williams was nothing special, just a simple win to establish Lio Rush on the roster. The main event was gratuitously bloody, but interesting despite the weaker lineup, a nice sendoff for the OI4K stable. The show is a mixed bag, with some good matches but a lot of bad decisions that exposes the thinness of the roster."
