[10.0] "An absolutely fantastic G1 Finals - Tanahashi/Nakamura is one of the best G1 Finals ever and a fantastic way to end the tournament. Bucks/reDRagon and KUSHIDA/Ricochet were great matches and a lot of the undercard helped build some new storylines."

[8.0] "This was a great way to end the tournament and a good show overall as most of the matches are 3*+.... Bucks/reDRagon was good (***1/2) not as good as their ROH matches though. KUSHIDA/Ricochet was good (****) even though their BOSJ '14 match was much better and then the tag matches were good as usual. The main even though stole the show as expected as Nak/Tana was AMAZING! (*****) it had such an epic feel to it and the crowd was totally into this from the start which made it that much better and it seems to me that Tanahashi usually has ***** matches at Sumo Hall which is his domain even though he loses there a majority of the time when in a big match but he manages to pull it out here and secure his spot in the main event of the Tokyo Dome against the IWGP Champion.... good show overall with a FANTASTIC main event."
