[4.0] "This was just bad. With other weak episodes, we at least got some interesting plot development, but this episode didn't even offer that. We kicked off with a dull match between two of Lucha Underground's least interesting performers as Texano took on DelAvar Daivari. This was followed by a disappointing match between Drago and Hernandez. Alberto El Patron then squashed Marty Martinez in short order, before the match of the night, a No Disqualification Match for the Lucha Underground Title between Prince Puma and Chavo Guerrero Jr."

[4.0] "This was a very weak episode of Lucha Underground. All the matches were watchable, but nothing here was worth checking out on its own, including the main event, which was Puma's weakest title defense yet. [MOTN: Drago vs. Hernandez]"

[4.0] "Poor episode with matches that didn't matter and the ones that did, the outcome was obvious. Too much Texano."

[4.0] "A poor episode, that only slightly advances some stories. Texano vs. Daivari is a poor opener. Their feud is very overwhelming. Texano gets a strong win at least (4/10) Drago vs. Hernandez has better wrestling but it doesn't go beyond average before it ends by DQ (5/10) Alberto destroys Marty the Moth (NR) and gets a promo to hype his match against Johnny. Mil Muertes intimidates both main event participants in backstage segments. The title match is No DQ and if Konnan interferes Puma loses the belt. Its a super short match where they go through the motions. The Crew interferes, Texano comes for the Save. Puma wins (4/10) The post match backstage segment with Blue Demon was pretty nice though"

[4.0] "I didn't like this episode, it's probably the worst so far. The purpose was to build the storylines moving to Ultima Lucha, and they did it well on the video packages, specially the ones of Mil Muertes. I want to see his match against Puma now, I'm really hyped. But the rest of the card was bad. The only good thing was Drago vs Hernandez, which was a decent match with a DQ ending. Texano won his feud against DelAvar Daivari on a mediocre match. I'm glad it's over cause I didn't like it. Patron squashes The Moth and then cuts a good promo on Johnny Mundo. The main event was bad, an overbooked No DQ title match with not interesting action. Hopefully, next week will be better."

[4.0] "Very weak episode that feels like filler. Texano and Daivari had another boring match, ***1/4. Drago and Hernandez were on the cusp of having a decent match, but the finish was meh, ***1/4. Patron squashed Marty, but cut a great promo right after, ***. Main event was Puma's weakest title defense yet with too much interference, **1/2."

[8.0] "I really enjoyed the Drago/Hernandez match, and there was a lot of good story stuff. The main event was a bit disappointing, but Texano is a talent with potential so it's nice to see him get some spotlight. I hope he can handle it though, I've been a little underwhelmed with him in the past but I'm good to see where he goes. I also really enjoy Marty, any time he shows up is fun."
