[6.0] "A very lackluster undercard yet capped off by a good main event, as a show it seemed at odds with ROH's style. James Gibson vs. Rocky Romero was the basis of their future matches with Rocky under the hood as Black Tiger, and this while decent is the weakest of their matches. The main event felt like the only saving grace of the card and even that really had more to offer but what was offered, was still very good."

[7.0] "This is probably a low end 7.0 rating as a lot of the show felt fairly inconsequential, but those last two matches were great and pushed the show just over the line for me. There were a number of big names missing from this card, including the ROH Champion Austin Aries, Bryan Danielson, The Embassy, and the previously advertised Steve Corino (who was originally scheduled to team up with CM Punk in the main event). Their absence was definitely felt and is probably part of why the show felt a bit lacking from a story perspective with no World Champion present and both of the promotion's major feuds (Bryan vs. Homicide and Punk vs. Rave) missing half of their participants, but the roster has enough depth in 2005 that there's still a lot of good wrestling on offer here. The final two matches of Gibson vs. Romero along with Lethal/Joe vs. Punk/Spanky (and to a lesser extent the really fun, but short, match between Evans and Spanky) were definitely the highlights of the night and the main things to check out here. It's not an essential show, but hardcore ROH fans will more than likely have a good time here and are bound to find a couple of great, lesser talked about matches to enjoy."
