[5.0] "Outside of the opener, this show was pretty heavily mediocre. As always though, Lucha Underground is still building some interesting stories here, even if some of them missed for me. [MOTN: Argenis vs. Jack Evans]"

[6.0] "Nothing too great or bad. Three average matches, no bad ones. Getting closer to the end of the season. Super Fly's turn was good, though I saw it coming as soon as he stepped into the ring. Angelico, Son of Havoc, and Ivelisse continue to be the most entertaining part of the show for me."

[7.0] "A story driven show for the most part. The best moments for the show were the Chavo/Lotus/Cueto segments sprinkled throughout and the Vampiro save and backstage segment at the end. Both stories were advanced while still keeping mistery. In rign wise, we had a decent win for Jack Evans in the opener that was for an Aztec Medallion. After Dario Cueto rightfully said the match wasn't really interseting without stakes (6/10) The trios match was set up with Daivari negotiating the title shot and Cage beating down Mack. It was the match of the night. Angelico and Havoc carried the wrestling side. Good power spot between Cage and Ryck with that stalling suplex. Texano interferes so the faces can win the essentially handicap match (7/10) Pentagon gives Sexy her best match so far with a fairly even submission match. Would've been way better without the SuperFly interference (6/10)"

[5.0] "A downfall compared to the previous show. The opener was a good showcase for Jack Evans. The trios title match continued Texano and DelAvar Daivari storyline and there were some good moments. The main event was horrible, seriously Why is Penta stuck in that horrible feud. I don't get why he couldn't beat Sexy Star without interference. At least we saw Vampiro stopping Penta. A match between them could be very fun. All the stuff with Chavo, Black Lotus and Dario Cueto is really interesting."

[5.0] "Fine episode of lucha underground after a few really good ones. The opener was worse than Jack's last match but that is a high bar to compare this to. MOTN for sure but that is not a high bar to compare it to. ***1/2. The trios match was... Fine? It felt kind of random. Angelico and Havoc carried the match and no one is surprised. ***. And the main event. I did try to like the match but I couldn't. Everything about it was fine but to me Sexy Star is a real boring wrestler. Pentagon did his best in here but even that couldn't make me like the match. ***"

[4.0] "Chavo wird nun als neuer Beschützr von Cueto oder ähnlich aufgebaut? Na ja... Jack Evans zweiter Auftritt gegen Argenos passte als Opener sehr gut - Evans hat sich somit auch eine Medaille geholt. Daivari kann ich leider nicht ernst nehmen - tut mir leid! Big Ryck hintergeht seinen "Bruder" und die Alte vermöbelt alle - spricht mich alles gar nicht an und wirkt immer mehr wie eine schlechte Serie, die Segmente werden immer übertrieber und unrealistischer. Gefällt mir leider alles nicht mehr so gut. Auch dieses Trio-Ding finde ich insgesamt nicht so toll! 4 Punkte."

[6.0] "Uneventful episode match wise, but very good story progression. Opener was fine, but not as crazy as Jacks last match, ***1/2. Trios tag was pretty meh and the interference dragged it down, ***1/4. Main event could've been better, but it was more of an angle, ***1/4."

[5.0] "Einer der Kommentierenden vor mir hat ganz richtig geschrieben, das LU sogar einem Chavo Guerrero Profil verleihen kann.... wenn auch nur als Handlanger von Dario Cueto. Jack Evans ist der Gewinner im Spot Fest und mir gefällt seine Art des Wrestlings wahrlich nicht immer... Das seltsame Team aus Son of Havoc, Ivelisse und Angelico verteidigt zu meiner Freude den Trios Title und Pentagon jr. hat wider Erwarten erneut Schwierigkeiten mit Sexy Star. Ds Eingreifen Super Flys muss man jetzt aber auch nicht zwingend verstehen."

[6.0] "Interessante Backstage Segmente in dieser Show, die teils bestehende Storys weiterführen und neue einleiten. Das macht man immer sehr gut. Ansonsten ist die Show rein von der Matchqualität her in Ordnung. Schön, dass Ivelisse, Angelico & Son of Havoc weiterhin Trios Champions sind. Mal schauen, was sich da mit Konnan und Pentagon Jr. entwickelt. Sehr solide Show insgesamt."

[10.0] "Wow what a good show like LU always puts up for their fans. Consistently good shows every week for 39 weeks long for just 1 season. It's incredibly well organized and broadcasted/ taped. I think the matches all were good. The trios i had 3, 25/5. The main event a 3, 5 and the kickoff 2, 5"

[7.0] "Einstiegsszene okay, Opener war schön schwungvoll mit ein paar netten Spots und passendem Finish (***). Das Backstage Segment mit dem kurzen Brawl zwischen Cage & Mack gefiel mir sehr und war mal wieder großartig inszeniert und ist richtig gute Charakterdarstellung von Cage. Das Kurzsegment mit Black Lotus, Chavo & der Crew war dann göttlich. Das Trios Titel Match war dann auf dem selben Niveau, das Ende war dann storytechnisch gut gemacht (***). Der ME wurde durch den Eingriff Super Flys ruiniert, auch wenn das storytechnisch durchaus nachzuvollziehen ist. Dennoch waren sie gut im Fluss drin, was dort leider endete. Naja... (** 1/2). Die Szene danach war dann sehr interessant. Insgesamt kommt diese Lucha Underground Episode bei mir auf 7, 50 von 10 Punkten, die ich jedoch nicht auf 8 aufrunden werde, da ich die Episode nicht als "gut" bewerten würde, so 7 Punkte - sehr solide."

[7.0] "Die Matches waren alle ganz nett, aber nichts besonderes. Die Segmente um Black Lotus waren sehr cool, bin auf die Story sehr gespannt, auch der Abspann mit Vampiro lässt noch einige Möglichkeiten offen."

[6.0] "The 1st match was ok, and ended with a nice pin. The trios match was ok, in my opinion the storyline with Ivelisse having a broken ankle has gone on for long enough, and having the trios matches turning into 3 on 2 matches is getting a little boring. Pentagon Jr vs Sexy Star was an enjoyable match and displayed some nice submissions. Overall the first 2 matches were meh, and the main event was good."

[7.0] "Wenn ich hier so sitze und versuche LU aufzuholen, bevor die 2. Staffel anfängt, stelle ich fest, mit welche großartigem technischen Aufwand storytechnische Kleinigkeiten und simple Dinge hier rausgehauen werden. Das dies keine Pro-Wrestling TV Show ist sondern eine TV Show über Pro Wrestling wird bei all diesen Videos und Skits mehr als deutlich. Klar ist das auch der "anders sein" Faktor der Sendung, aber ich finde es echt genial - vom Backstage Brawl zwischen Cage und Mack bis zum völlig geisteskranken Vampiro, der sich die Rübe in den Spiegel hämmert. Das hier ist Hollywood und manchmal ist Hollywood einfach geil. Geil im übrigen auch die Action in den Matches, auch, wenn ich Pro-Wrestling immer noch traditioneller besser leiden kann, ist das Maß an Coolness hier für mich weitaus höher als bei einer PWG Show. Das Titel Match und das Submission Match gelten im Grunde ausschließlich Freak-Show Maßstäbe, und als solche fand ich das auch wirklich stark. Auch, wenn ich nie ein Fan von Man vs. Woman Matches sein werde, bei denen die Frau optisch und kampftechnisch nicht den Hauch einer Chance hat."

[7.0] "Einfach wieder großartige Videos in dieser Woche. LU schafft es doch tatsächlich selbst Chavo Guerrero interessant darzustellen als Handlanger von Cueto. Auch vor dem Opener schafft es Cueto wirklich das Match einfach mal mit einer kleinen Stipulation spannend zu machen. Evans gegen Argenis ist dann auch bei weitem kein schlechtes Match. Schön Evans mal wieder zu sehen. Hat mir gefallen. Es geht weiter mit den guten Videosequenzen und danach folgt das Trios Match. Auch das war ein ordentliches Match. Mir gefallen die Champions wirklich sehr gut. Pentagon gegen Star ist dann auch in Ordnung. Gutes Match der beiden und der Eingriff von Vampiro der sich ja schon länger andeutet war gut in Szene gesetzt. Wieder einmal 40 Minuten gute Unterhaltung."

[6.0] "Wieder für mich nur eine sehr solide LU Ausgabe wo der Opener Match of the Night war (**3/4). Co Main Event war etwas schwächer (**1/4) und der Main Event war wieder besser und zweitbestes Match (**1/2). Beim Streit von Cage vs Mack hat man schon ersten Aufbau gesehen. Für mich eine 6 Punkte Ausgabe."

[6.0] "It's low standard compared to others Lucha Underground shows. Jack Evans still needs more time to adapt to lucha style, the Trios match was good but short, the main event was okay, Pentagon Jr. is ad interesting character. Nothing remarcable this time."

[5.0] "Pretty average show. Best match of the night? Probably the trios match. Really good, and Angelico once again proves that he is one of the best in-ring workers in the company. I loved the Vampiro segment at the end of the episode, but I never got into the last match of the night, even though I think that Pentagon is brilliant."

[7.0] "Ok episode, all three matches were good though none were amazing. Usually LU has at least one great match per episode, but still 3 good matches is pretty nice. Pentagon/Star was probably my favorite of the night, in spite of the odd ending. Some very smart submission stuff, especially by Pentagon, and THOSE STRIKES!"

[8.0] "Die Filmsequenzen waren cool und hatten action zu bieten. Der Opener war Bombe meiner Meinung nach. Evans hat sich entwickelt und wirkte durchgehend dominant und superfit. Das Tagteammatch war auch besser als erwartet. Penta vs Sexy ist auch ein verflucht gutes Mixed submissioner Match gewesen. Sexy hat ordentlich eingesteckt. Pentagon ist einer meiner Favorites in Mexiko. Im Großen und Ganzen sind es acht Punkte, da Lucha Underground gewisse Maßstäbe gesetzt hat. Es war durchgehend sehr unterhaltsam! Empfehlenswert ist die Ausgabe auf jeden Fall für Jedermann"

[5.0] "Low quality episode. The first match was predictible, a rookie against a jobber. The trios match was regular. The Main Event... I didn't care. I thought the feud ended weeks ago. Low point in the Wensday Night War."

[8.0] "Jack Evans zweites Match bei Lucha Underground ist nicht ganz so spektakulär wie sein Debüt, aber trotzdem schön anzusehen. Diesesmal darf er auch gewinnen und bekommt nun auch so ein Medallion. Trios Match ebenfalls ordenlich und auch das Submission Match hat mich überzeugt. Trotz, dass die Matchqualität nicht ganz den sonst sehr hohen Standard erreicht hat, überzeugt "Submit To The Master" mit guter Storyfortführung."

[8.0] "Eine schöne Lucha Underground Ausgabe. Argenis hat man bisher auch nur einmal gesehen und er bekommt es mit Jack Evans zu tun. Schönes Match mit dem richtigen Sieger. Das Trios Title Match war dann auch ganz gut. Eingriff von Texano am Ende damit seine Fehde mit Daivari weitergehen kann. Desweiteren wird es wohl noch etwas zwischen Big Ryck/Cage und Mack geben. Das Submission Match fand ich dann auch wirklich ordentlich! Es war nicht der absolute Wahnsinn, aber es war ein ganz gutes Submission Match mit Vampiro der nach dem Match noch eine Rolle gegen Pentagon bekam. Alles in allem gehört diese Ausgabe zu den schlechteren der letzen 10 oder mehr Folgen. Dies ist aber keine schande da diese Episode trotzdem Super war. Die Hollywoodreifen Segmente waren alle wieder Super. Dort hat man zum Beispiel noch Chavos absichten gesehen. Denn er arbeitet jetzt für Cuerto und ist wohl mitglied der Crew."
