[8.0] "The first quarterfinals was quite bland and uninteresting, the second quarterfinals was extremely technically proficient and provided great intricate action that felt breathtaking, the third quarterfinals was messy and had unpleasant interference, the fourth quarterfinals was a spectacular firework that felt frenetic and daring. Claxton/Moore was bloody and pretty methodical for this type of match, letting Conor Claxton show that he can hang with veterans of the style in a believable way. Gresham/End was a very solid semifinals, with stiff and crisp attacks that felt very impactful, but also a magistral heel performance by Jonathan Gresham who masterfully antagonized the crowd, looked very dangerous and remorseless in his decimation of Tommy End and exuded charisma in a way that revitalize his image. CJP/Bailey was slower and less exciting, but it clicked into higher gear for a good finishing stretch and showcased Mike Bailey insane abilities and makes him a very credible finalist. Airborne/Nation had a cool vibe behind it and built up excitement, but petered out by the end and became a massive schmozz to weirdly rebuild the OI4K stable, pretty much wasting today? s matchup. The Finals was excellent, showcasing both guys strengths and going full-tilt with a strong desire to win and spectacular sequences that made it exciting until the end. The show is very cool, with a steady build towards one of the best BOTB Finals ever, and a great tournament champion. A few of the matches are noticeably weaker, but overall this is an awesome edition that gives back prestige to the annual tournament."

[8.0] "The opener (**1/2). The second match was great and pretty fun but the ending was fast and bad (***). I like the third and the fourth match alot but not as good as the second match! So I give both mtaches (**3/4). Claxton vs. Moore very good match (***1/4). Greshman vs. End was the weakest match (**1/4). Bailey vs. CJP was pretty good (***1/4). CZW Tag Team Titles match (**1/2). Then Nick Gage returns was awesome to see and hear his speech, he has some awesome mic skills. BOTB Final was okay! It was not great but I was enjoyed (**3/4). Awesome show overall, Speedball Mike Bailey was the MVP, he is just amazing to watch. There were no bad matches at all."

[9.0] "Best of the Best XIV was very good show in my opinion because every tournament match was good booking and wrestlers Junior Heavyweight very often save CZW's show. CZW Tag Team Match also was good booked but this macth had very stupid end's. Nick Gage finally come back to CZW and I think he win Tournament of Death in this year. Death match with CZW Dojo's wrestlers - Conor Claxton - and Devon Moore was solid. Claxton is future CZW in my opinion. And star of the night is Mike Bailey who wins this tournament."

[8.0] "Excellent showing from many of the tournament participants. Star of the night was Mike Bailey, obviously, for three matches that rated good to great. The heat for his wins over CJP and Gresham was off the charts; he'd really blossomed from likable babyface to overwhelming sentimental favorite by night's end, and his future with CZW is rather bright. Honorable mention goes to CJP, who brought a rather alien style to what CZW fans are used to, but milked his heel heat for all it was worth. The semi-final between he and Bailey was a nice slice of something different, and will surprise some CJ Parker detractors. It's narrowly edged by the impressive final between Bailey and Gresham, but the show's definitely worth a look."
