AJ Styles/Rocky Romero was the clear highlight for me, and there was plenty of other solid stuff around the rest of the card as well. Everyone had their working shoes on and this felt like a big time independent wrestling show."

"This was the one year anniversary show and its not one to miss given this was arguably the best PWG show from 2004. You don't really have to skip around revisiting this show as its an enjoyable watch from the first match to the last. It would be hard to pinpoint the worst and best match on this event because it seemed like everyone was going out there to have the best possible match they could in honor of PWG. This was one of the best indy wrestling shows of 2004 outside Ring of Honor as a whole."

[7.0] "PWG picked momentum with this show. It started well, with a fun undercard capped by the thrilling Styles/Romero hot contest. The rest of the matches were good, not great, but building steam to important players and stories (New #1 contender, Super Dragon rising to the main event scene, X-Foundation breaking up, Scott Lost becoming a solo wrestler, etc... ), and peaked with the main event send-off to Pearce run in PWG. All in all, an above average gift by PWG."
