[2.0] "So this is the first time WWE tried their almost-but-not-yet PG hardcore PPV and it's so awful to watch. They're burying all of the gimmick matches by throwing them out on random and none of them feels like a grudge match. Also I'm not the guy to crave for blood in every wrestling match, but since your PPV literally has "extreme" in the name you could use some of it. There's literally no good match on this fiasco and Edge vs Batista is the closest thing to one, but it's still so underwhelming and basic that it doesn't feel like a world title match. Orton vs RVD has some horrible psychology in terms of the concussion sold by Van Dam, 6-Man Tag just throws away the rules after a few minutes, the Ladder Match is a cooperative spotfest, Henry vs Kane is a Bearhug Match and the Pudding Match doesn't even need a comment. And then the main event is only there so Cena can deliver the FU to Khali which at first looks impressive, but you can't even see Khali's landing and the bout itself is the level similar to their Judgment Day match. An awful show that I hate not only from the pure wrestling match quality standpoint, but also because of the whole theme behind it."

[5.0] "This is a REALLY up and down show. There are quite a few better than average matches that'll hold your attention, but also a lot of absolutely forgettable matches that you'll never feel the need to come back to again. This is also a match where, most of these matches end up pretty close to what you'd expect out of them when you look at them on paper. The matches you'd expect to be pretty good are just that. And the matches you expect to be bad or nothing special hit those marks too. At the end of the day, I think most people will find 2 or maybe 3 matches from this show that they particularly like and come back to them every now and again. This is certainly not a whole show I can see myself coming back to with any kind of regularity. This is a prime example of a show to cherry pick from."

One good match. 2 others alright enough for a ppv. 4 of them should not be happening on a ppv // Rvd vs Orton **¾ // new breed vs OG & Punk **¼ // hardys vs WGTT **** // Henry vs Kane ½* // Lashley vs Vince *½ // Candice vs Melina 0* // edge vs Batista *** // Cena vs Khali **¾"

Worst of all, it's given the the most dull, boring, pointless stipulation - lumberjacks. Lumberjack matches are a waste of time, the only positive here is that the lumberjack stipulation was thrust upon a match that was doomed to fail regardless. But yeah, Kane & Mark Henry were cures for insomnia in 2007, and single-handedly made this PPV a poor experience"

[4.0] "Alright show looking back but going through the match was hard, so hard that I had to break it up in two parts in order to get through it. You got two great matches and the rest is average to out-right awful. Best To Worst: The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) vs. The World's Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin) - [****]. John Cena vs. The Great Khali - [***3/4]. Kane vs. Mark Henry - [**1/2]. CM Punk & The ECW Originals (The Sandman & Tommy Dreamer) vs. The New Breed (Elijah Burke, Marcus Cor Von & Matt Striker) - [**1/4]. Vince McMahon vs. Bobby Lashley - [*3/4]. Randy Orton vs. Rob Van Dam - [*]. Edge vs. Batista - [1/2*]. Candice Michelle vs. Melina - [NR]."

RVD vs Randy was a great opener, Hardys vs WGTT was amazing, Lashley vs Vince was kinda fun for the most part and Edge vs Batista was a great steel cage match. Only weak points was Mark Henry vs Kane (Benoit should've been in a match, not being a lumberjack for that sorry match) and that pudding match."

[6.0] "The 2007 edition of One Night Stand is not great as the others before, but there are some good matches to enjoy. Hardys vs Benjamin & Haas is the best match of the night, with Edge vs Batista and Rob Van Dam vs Randy Orton good enough. John Cena vs Great Khali is watchable, Vince McMahon vs Bobby Lashley is a funny brawl. Too bad the rest is almost terrible, Kane vs Mark Henry is a suffering to watch, the Extreme Pudding is ridicolous and the ECW 3 vs 3 is useless."
