[4.0] "A normal SEM show. Kind of "B level" effort with some hints of greatness. The things that stood out was Hirayanagi's heeling and Morishima badass ways. Taiji Ishimori -vs- Ricky Marvin [* 1/2] Technical lucharesu with a few spotfull highlights mixed in. KENTA -vs- Tsutomu Hirayanagi [* 3/4] Hirayanagi building on his heel image coming in with a chair in his hands. KENTA wouldn't have anything to do with it at first blocking and handing it to the ref. But it later came into play after Hirayanagi had low blowed the ref. Hirayanagi used a few other dirty tricks like eye gouching, spitting and low blowing. But it wasn't enough to defeat the world star. It only pissed KENTA off who kept stiffing him with kicks and faceslaps pretending to pin him a few times only to lash in more punishment before making him submit to a Boston Crab. Hirayanagi looked like a angry man after the match. Mushiking Terry -vs- Akihiko Ito [* 1/4] This was pretty dull. Mushiking Terry is usually lazy when carrying a match and Ito is still learning. Naomichi Marufuji & Takashi Sugiura -vs- Mohammed Yone & Shuhei Taniguchi [**] The first 10 minutes was mainly playing around. However it picked up in the later stages with busting out suplexes and more nice moves until Sugiura had the rookie down and out with a Angle Slam. Takeshi Morishima -vs- Makoto Hashi [**] Bulldozer wrestling against the headbutt master! Hashi was helpless most of the time, but did create something for himself with diving headbutts. The first one was one from the top to the floor. Later he did a series in the ring, but in between those Morishima was throwing his weight around to hurt Hashi bad. And the end was just nasty. The sound of THAT lariat was just sickening. He his it with such might that one felt the legacy of Stan Hansen in that one. And the super high angle backdrop was a reminder of Jumbo Tsuruta's legacy. Morishima is the man!"
