[7.0] "One of the better NOAH shows of 2007. There wasn't a bad match. There might have been matches that should have been better, but overall a satisfying experience. Junji Izumida & Makoto Hashi -vs- Mitsuo Momota & Tsutomu Hirayanagi [* 3/4], Kentaro Shiga & Kishin Kawabata & Joe Legend -vs- Akira Taue & Yoshinobu Kanemaru & Shuhei Taniguchi [* 3/4], KENTA & Mohammed Yone & Taiji Ishimori -vs- Bryan Danielson & Ted DiBiase Jr. & Daniel Cross [** 1/4], Bison Smith & Akitoshi Saito & Masao Inoue -vs- Tamon Honda & Yoshinari Ogawa & Tsuyoshi Kikuchi [* 1/2], CIMA & Susumu Yokosuka & Dragon Kid -vs- Naomichi Marufuji & Ricky Marvin & Ippei Ota [** 1/2], Tatsuhito Takaiwa (c) -vs- Mushiking Terry - (GHC Junior Title) [**], Jun Akiyama & Takeshi Rikio (c) -vs- Yoshihiro Takayama & Takashi Sugiura - (GHC Tag Title) [*** 3/4] Mitsuharu Misawa (c) -vs- Takuma Sano - (GHC Title) [** 1/2] I feel a little generous about this match. I've kind of given up on a good performance from Misawa. He's become so slow and old that he rely on one simple formula of letting his opponent beat him up for most of the match only to comeback with a few elbows and big finishers. He doesn't have the stamina or timing anymore to do anything else. And this was no exception. But Sano did enough to keep me entertained. I have a softspot for stiff blows and he landed plenty of those on his boss. This was Misawa elbows vs Sano sawate kicks and we got a lot of those. Sano also busted out footstomps to the outside and inside along with doing a tope and a rolling plancha to the outside. So Sano deserve a lot of credit covering up for Misawa's limited offerings. Misawa main thing was become a bit grumpy of all the stiff attacks Sano had to come with and landed very determined elbows in return. Things went Misawa's way when he got in two Emerald Frosions and an attempt at a swinging version to end it except it looked more like a Ace Crushed then a Emerald Frosion. Anyway the Misawa legacy run continues."
