[7.0] "Match 1 had some fun stuff to start the show with. I liked when they both hit the ropes and ran and Shadow Kid did an irish whip mid run. A few bits were sloppy but this match was still enjoyable. Shadow Kid & Hyzaya were brawling in the crowd and then Suicide Kid just came flying off the balcony! Match 2 was a lot of fun. The ref cheating spots were funny. Mitch and Rollin were a good comedy double act. Mitch was also surprisingly agile in this match too. I did think the match went too long. Mitch's heel turn was good although him turning on Rollin kind of came out of nowhere as they'd not teamed in over a year. Palmer vs Cash Flo was alright. Classic goofy heel Harry Palmer and cheating from Hero. Some nice spots in this. The hiptoss counter into the bulldog was nice. Oh Shit leg drop for the win. Gold Bond Mafia vs the Resistance - The tackle spots at the start were creative. I thought Smooth was a good underdog at the start. It was a shame he got eliminated so early on. Morton took a really high backdrop from Cabana. The reverse lou thez press botch save from Punk was amazing. Cabana was the MVP in this. I liked the match although I feel like Smooth & Punk didnt really have much to do. I kind of wanted more from it but it was enjoyable for what it was. The 3 way was a fun chaotic brawl but still felt like it had structure. Smothers and Rotten started fighting before the bell which made the fans think Sabu wasn't gonna be there but when his music hit there was a big pop. Weird but cool to see Tracy Smothers swinging light tubes. Smothers was good in this, just being a fighting psycho. Sabu jumping around doing typical Sabu things. And Ian Rotten bleeding and hitting people with unprotected chair shots. What's not to love? Match 6 - Corp does a cool dive at the start. It started with a brawl. Thumbtack bat shots and a suplex onto lighttubes but once they got into the ring it became a really good wrestling match. Rugby Thugs great, and this match shows how much of a good wrestler Corporal Robinson could be when given the chance. The KO finish was weird when the stipulation was basically an I Quit match. The main event had a lot of brawling, but quite a few good light tube bumps. For what's it worth this was an enjoyable main event. Nice continuation from Pondo turning on Tony 3 days prior. Overall, I thought this show was good and had a nice variety of matches, and different storylines and gimmicks going on. This show must have been great fun to watch live and still enjoyable to watch on video nearly 25 years later."
