He had the most awkward movements and only had chemistry with his partner Burrhead Jones. Pretty much had the shucking and jiving style that was common at the time, very unlike Dusty or Thunderbolt Patterson. Bad build and poor performances, shame because as an athlete in his days before 35 and bumping, he was a mass of an American football player."

He looked like a jive dancin' bowl of chocolate pudding, or if SD Jones was mostly melted in the microwave. The bulk of his "watchability" is from tag matches and he had some decent stuff with The Assassin. But mostly its pure guilty pleasure because he's kinda awful in a multitude of ways."

His thick country accent might have been a bit of a hindernce as at times it could be difficilt to make out all of what he was saying but he usually said whatever it is with enough conviction and charm to get his point across. An entertaining wrestler!"

The chops that he did were great. Exciting to watch in the ring. Also he was great in the Mid-Atlantic. He had great feuds with Terry Funk and Ric Flair. Who knows would he would have been like in his 20's. He is in the WWE Hall of Fame."
