[5.0] "In the US mainland, Apolo was most notable for several runs with (NWA) TNA. There he showed a good look and solid in-ring work, including a nice superkick, but despite several attempts at pushing him with several different gimmicks, he never quite fully connected with the audience. He has, however, fared better in Puerto Rico and in Mexico, notably picking up numerous title reigns with IWA Puerto Rico and the WWC."

[3.0] "TNA tried to get him over like 5 times in 5 different ways in their early years, but he never came close to getting over. He looked like a monster but didn't have anything else going for him. LAX improved immeasurably when he walked out on the gimmick and was eventually replaced by the infinitely more talented Hernandez."
