"Isn't it ironic?"

Shawn Michaels: "In three weeks Triple H and The Undertaker will be locked inside Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania. And it will truly be the end of an era. Now last week I told my good buddy that I had been assigned the job of special guest referee in that match. And as best I can tell that was information he wasn't aware of. Strangely enough though I also got some information I wasn't aware of. Let's see. [Die Szenen der Vorwoche sind noch einmal zu sehen. So that's the word on the street, hm? Because I've got news for you. The last couple weeks I've walked around in the WWE locker room. And absolutely no one has walked up to me and called me a loser. No one has walked up to me and called me a failure. And I can asure you no one has implied that I couldn't get the job done. Now, I will admit there has been one person that's been absent the last couple weeks. But thankfully he's here tonight. And we can get this out of the way. Undertaker, let's settle this! [Der Undertaker kommt zum Ring und stellt sich Shawn entgegen]

After everything we've been through, twenty plus years of sharing that locker room. Granted, at one time we sat at opposite ends. But even during that time we always had the upmost respect for one and other. And let's face it, the last couple of years of my career you and I shared something few men share. We did something that people will remember for all times. Something that will stand the test of time. You and I did it. But yet you of all people to say things behind my back. At the very least I figured you would have the guts to say it to my face!"

The Undertaker: "Shawn, what is it that you want me to say? That you're a failure? A loser? Or is it that you couldn't get the job done? I think you need to stop and think. Are you repeating my words? Or maybe, just maybe you're repeating the words chosen for me. By your good friend, Triple H. Whatever the case may be, you need to let all your little insecurities..."

Shawn Michaels: "What? What? What? My insecurities? My insecurities? I got news for you. You're the one that asked for this match. I mean, you're kiddin' me? You practically begged for this match. Here you sit, at 19-0. And you still feel like you have something to prove. You're still the one in search of validation. And you wanna know why? It's because you know it and I know it. Last year Triple H beat you within an inch of your life! That's why last week I looked at him and I told him, I know who's gonna win."

The Undertaker: "You know, Shawn, so it is. But I think you should know whatever happens at WrestleMania - whether I win, or I should happen to lose - I'm prepared to accept the outcome. But what I'm not prepared to accept is you sticking your ego in this. Our two matches at WrestleMania, the match last year with Triple H, it's all been destiny. And on April 21st (sic!) that destiny will happen. It will be an end of an era. You see, what can't happen is for the outcome - win or lose! - to not be pure. And if the outcome isn't pure, I promise you, there will be hell to pay."

Shawn Michaels: "You know something? You call all this destiny. I look at it as irony. Isn't it ironic that the guy who's career you ended can quite possibly be the guy who counts your shoulders to the mat? Isn't it ironic that I'm the guy who can possibly turn you into a loser? Turn you into a failure! And show you, you couldn't get it done! Isn't it ironic that I can still be the guy to possibly end the streak?" [Michaels will gehen, doch der Undertaker hält ihn am Arm fest]

The Undertaker: "I will beat Triple H in the cell. The streak will continue. And I will officially end an era. But if you don't do the right thing, I will officially end you!" [Sie sehen sich in die Augen. Dann reißt Michaels sich los. Er klopft dem Undertaker auf die Schulter und verläßt den Ring. Auf der Rampe kommt ihm Triple H entgegen. Beide sehen sich kurz an und blicken dann zum Undertaker. Shawn verschwindet von der Bühne, während der Undertaker und Triple H sich anstarren. Letzterer setzt ein süffisantes Grinsen auf, zeigt den Crotch Chop und verläßt dann ebenfalls die Rampe]
