WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW

[7.0] "Bought this game recently and its very underrated. Weird how many WWE games shared the same soundtrack during this time. 7.4/10"

[10.0] "Für mich eines der besten Wrestling Spiele aller Zeiten mit welchem ich viele schöne Erinnerungen meiner Kindheit verbinde. Die Grafik bereits für die damalige Zeit überragend, der Story Modus sogar besser und interaktiver als bei einigen nachfolgern. Ein abwechslungsreiches Spiel aus einer unkomplizierten Zeit ohne Online und Pay to Win Competition. Was im nachhinein immer schade ist dass die Roster aufgrund von ausgelaufenen Verträgen oder Roster Deadlines nie wirklich vollständig waren und gewisse Wrestler immer sehnsüchtig vermisst wurden. Auch hätte ich mir Titelkämpfe im Exhibitionmodus gewünscht. Alles in allem aber ein Meilenstein welchen ich heute gerne noch gelegentlich Spiele und sofort in die Zeit zurückversetzt werde. Must have!"

[6.0] "I like it, but the flaws are brutal. The overall move set took a tremendous hit. Every CAW looks weird and unnatural because of the eyes being the size of footballs. The CAW mode overall is confusing. Omission of ability to play Kurt Angle, The Rock and Mankind in career mode seemed bizarre. The "chop mini game" only removes a possible alternate maneuver in the turnbuckles. The Royal Rumble now doesn't go fast enough. The voice acting just doesn't cut it and it was best muted. I like the charisma meter addition very much. Not an awful game but obvious downgrade is painfully obvious and I keep going back to HCTP!"

[7.0] "Not as bad as anyone makes it. I still has a awesome soundtrack, a small, but good roster for this time period of WWE. And eventhrough it was no HCTP, it was still awesome wrestling game, with very good graphics, good commentary, many, many match types, and first time since WWF Warzone there was Bret "The Hitman" Hart in a WWE game. One thing I never liked thourgh were the fact there was no opportunity to play as Kurt Angle, Mankind or The Rock in season mode. And there was also NO Stone Cold Steve Austin in this game, which is really a big shame."

[7.0] "Like the guy below said, this game is decent, the graphics was improved GREATLY. Season mode had some pretty good voice acting, but your character didn't talk so is quite annoying, is quite a debut for the legendary Smackdown vs Raw series."

[7.0] "The original Smackdown vs. Raw was a decent attraction. This is still one of the few wrestling games to include the "Parking Lot Brawl" match. Decent season mode. The create a PPV mode was nice new feature. Decent roster. Decent game all around."
