[1.0] "The Western States Heritage Title had two worthy champions to its credit, as well as some good challengers (who mostly wrestled for the belt at house shows), but with the exception of the admittedly very good Windham-Zbyszko match over it at Bunkhouse Stampede, it was just too short-lived and low-profile to mean anything."
